"The staff are 100% all polite and friendly. Fast service, and the data connection in the area is good. The price of the camper van is expensive — just really a one-time experience. Something you won’t try again because of the price compared to other high-end accommodation.
There are 2 restos inside, and both have nothing much to eat. Still ate there because the stores nearby close early. The food is okay — not good, not bad — but also pricey. 😅 Just an honest review.
Overall, it was a good experience. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Good thing all the staff are super nice and accommodating."

Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise!
This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin."

"Great place to stay with family and friends.
They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain.

GGuest UserThis is my second time at Palm Beach. been here about 4 years ago. The room given to us is different from what we expected. they still offer full board meals but I would rate the buffet as below my expectation although there is a variation. Breakfast was better than dinner. The service was exceptional though. The staff attended to all of our concerns. There were mosquitoes in the hallway leading to the hotel rooms.

KkkThe environment of the hotel is very good, very quiet, suitable for relaxation, and there are many outdoor activities, children will not be too bored, the attitude of the waiters is very good, the free breakfast and dinner dishes are also very delicious.
