"We checkin late at night and was very tired. When entered the room there was no water and had to go down myself to reception to get 2 small water bottles and paid 1 euro for the extra small bottle. The room was super cold at night with no heater and cannot adjust the aircond temperature. Its suitable for a short stay and its not that near to Airport Terminal 1. There is a mall Plaza Norte 2 and convenience store called Aldi across the hotel."

"The hotel has a very clean suite, a large room, a typical breakfast buffet, the location is well communicated, because you're not gonna have a TV footage, you can't even put the Internet or connect to neflix."

"The service was very timely, they charge for parking separately and it was offered in the publication, the only inconvenient thing was the single bed that had to be purchased through the application, there is priority for direct reservations.
The breakfast was quite good and even if we had to stay in a separate bed we would return."

But the hotel is still ok. Front desk service is also good!"

"The service is very good! The front desk was very intimate, the hotel was clean and beyond expectations, and everything was complete. The only small problem is that the sound insulation is not very good. It is recommended to bring an earplug."

"Nice place to stay in Madrid!
Host was very nice & kind, room quite clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Cleaning every day. Shower gel and soap provided (as well as towels). Shops, pharmacy, cafes - all just around the corner. Metro & cercanias 10 min by walk. Of course, this is quite away from the city center (1 hour by metro) , but I'm used to this and enjoyed this calm district. Definitely can recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Madrid."
