"The hotel is expensive, but the room is not big, there is no bathtub and no view of the sea. Most of the money is paid in this location and exquisite decoration. Hotel parking is also expensive, and there is no free service, so the 7, 8, 8 nights of hotels are really not cost-effective.
Of course, it is also a bit historical and design. It is indeed a lot of rich people to live, but if you want to really enjoy the feeling of rich people, it is best to book a room for more than one night, otherwise you will regret the money throwing in the water like me.
Don't say that I didn't see the world in poor and sour, I moved out and lived in downtown Santa Barbara, LA and other places, no comparison and no harm. I can say that I don’t think I have too much money to live. After all, it is still a luxury hotel. It will not be uncomfortable. I can’t buy it with a little money. Don’t be as fascinated by Xiaohongshu as I am."

"For 3 girls trip we needed 3 beds to relax and enjoy our trip.
This hotel was the only place had a room with 2 beds and sofa bed.
Location is perfect !!
Right in the middle of downtown Santa barbara.
We will definitely come back!
I gave 2 stars for amenity because sofabed was broken which we could still use but it was not really comfortable.
(We travel a lot so we know how sofabed is like.)
And conditioner in the bathroom was empty."

"The room was small and pitiful, and when I got up in the morning, the door of the bathroom was inexplicably saved. The surrounding environment was very good, but it felt very messy. There were South Americans with huge sounds flying everywhere. I won’t go again. ."

"Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked."

"This hotel has some thoughts, listening to the introduction of mm at the front desk, it seems to be the opening of 195x, and the newspapers of the opening news report are framed and hung at the front desk.
The decoration of the hotel is quite new, bungalow, so all the rooms are on the first floor. Breakfast is to fill the belly, the plates are smaller than those in other hotels, it is estimated to eliminate waste."

"The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. The breakfast was complete with bread, cereal, milk, coffee, bacon, fruit and yogurt. I had a great time. The hotel is right on the beach, with the blue sea and white sandy beaches visible. Walk ten minutes along the seaside to the pier. There are several seafood restaurants. The delicacies made with fresh crabs and lobster shells are wide and of good quality, absolutely delicious. Moreover, the hotel is not far from the Grand Court, and there are buses passing through the door, which is very convenient. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, but we didn't go swimming due to lack of time."

"In addition to the free breakfast, the hotel is really worth the price. Free parking, the room was very clean and beautiful. Santa Barbara itself is not big, the location of the hotel looks a bit biased on the map, in fact, self-driving, it does not affect at all. Forgot to take pictures, post a few pictures of Santa Barbara, a beautiful town."

"The breakfast was very rich, the service was very good, very stylish, the room had more than sixty square feet, there was a dining table, living room, fireplace, jacuzzi, kingsize bed, the boss was very good, there was free parking, we arrived It was late, almost eight o'clock, she prepared tea and red wine for us. The hotel is basically a big garden. It can be seen that the boss has spent many years sorting out the arrangement. Get up during the day, walk in the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers on the lawn, read the book, very comfortable. Take the No. 1 road and stay here for one or two nights before going to LA."

"The children said that this is the most beautiful hotel to stay in this trip. Just by the seaside in Santa Barbara, you will walk by a small road. This seaside town is so beautiful that it is definitely worth living for three or five days, but we only stayed for one day."

GGuest UserWas here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

GGuest UserI called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable.
All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway.
This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

IIrwinInn by the Harbor has a nice location, but a bit far to walk to the beach and to the business district. However, if you have a car then it should not be a problem. It has a lovely inner yard with some nice plants. The staff is very attentive to requests. The happy hour drinks and the continental breakfast were good. However, although the facility is clean, it can use some updates. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay at the inn but may look for other venues even closer to the beach or the business district.

GGarciaThe hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.

EEmilyWe didn't plan to stay in Santa Barbara overnight but decided last minute to find a hotel that will accept our dog. This Motel 6 was such a great find! The location is perfect (only a short walk to the beach) with tons of walkable areas and restaurants. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. There is also a local store close by that had many local beers if you're into cold beers on your beach walks.

HHaJustinIt is a little pricey, but the location makes it worth it. It is so convenient. Rooms can get some updating because they are kind of old. The only 2 complaints I have are the overnight parking that cost $30 a night and the gate to enter and exit the resort is broken. I read reviews from June and July that it is faulty, but thought they would fix it by August.. I feel that if we pay so much at a resort we can at least get free parking and the gate should work. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
