this hotel is good place and good equipment. There are several supermarkets and mall. Shopping and food is so easy.

For me this hotel is overpriced for what they offer, the service wasn’t as good as they pretend to be, some facilities such as the gym was non-existent, I even leave one day earlier… I don’t recommend this place.

From beginning to end we had a great experience! Love love love it ! Will be staying again ! Thank you to the staff, front desk leydi, Alejandro and radhames, the servers Stefanny and Javier and the concierge Roberto and all of the others as well ! Ya

It was a great stay! Conveniently located (across the street from Blue Mall), quiet and accessible. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer to really enjoy the facilities. Their lobby and fantastic view of the city from it was GREAT! Definitely recommended!

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They were super attentive and the breakfast was great! I loved my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone staying from outside the country as this area felt very safe.

It was an excellent experience! The room was very comfortable and clean. the roof top, definitely a plus! The breakfast was great too! Their HONESTY really stands out!!!!! We left behind a gold necklace valued around 5,000 t0 6,000 US Dollars and we were able to get it back! Unbelievable!!! but yes is true! We will be back whenever we visit the DR. All the staff were very pleasing and accommodating, a special shout out to Moises, Lisa Marie, Bryan and Vladimir the manager!!!!!! Thank so much guys!

Staff members at the counter where rude and inexperienced using the system to provide correct information and copies of invoices for the transactions made. In addition, they wanted to charge $50 usd for checking out 1 day earlier without any explanation where this fee was included in the conditions of the stay.

Excellent choice, right in the DR financial district area. Clean. Breakfast could improve a little but it was fine.
