這次在海風閣度過了非常愉快的假期，整體體驗遠超預期，強烈推薦給想來放鬆的朋友們。
景觀與住宿： 酒店的位置絕佳，一進門就被眼前的大海和椰林震撼到了。房間設計很有質感，躺在床上就能看海，舒適度滿分，非常適合“躺平式”度假。
餐飲驚喜： 早餐品質在線，特別推薦【班尼克蛋】。廚師很有創意地在醬汁里加入了百香果，清新的果香完美中和了蛋液的厚重，非常解膩，是我吃過最特別的版本！
活動體驗： 酒店活動豐富，不會覺得無聊。參加了海釣和浮潛，海釣很有成就感，浮潛能看到很多魚，生態環境很好。另外旅拍服務也很專業，出片率很高。
管家服務： 這是最想點讚的部分。特別感謝管家 Jessica 和 Grace，從入住前的聯繫到離店的送別，安排得無微不至，讓人感覺很温暖。有jessica在，感覺旅途都快樂了很多👍👍

第一次住三亞的文華東方，公區很美，酒店安全到位，早餐好吃！因為媽媽是第一次來三亞，入住的時候前台小姐姐免費幫我們升級了房型讓我們好驚喜！最貼心的就是管家Jeremy，考慮到我們第二天晚上的飛機離開，特意幫忙申請了延遲退房，真的超級nice！很喜歡這次的體驗，以後還會再來！再次感謝管家Jeremy

這次的家庭出行住在文華東方實在是不能更滿意了，攜程預訂會有管家提前溝通需求，尤其我的管家Jeremy實在是無微不至，讓我們自家人在外地感受到了家的温暖！我們帶了長者，一開始還擔心樓梯問題，Jeremy給我們安排了很合適的位置，回房間衹需要三四個台階而且距離每個區域都很近，三天下來長者沒有任何不適，文華東方的適老化也是很ok的，衞生間和浴室長者都可以獨立安全使用，全程各位服務人員都很耐心，早餐真的很好吃！下次一定還來！
