"The room is ok. Only the room occupied is not the same as in the picture booked. I feel the answer given by the management is not convincing."

"Went with family for a 3 days, 2 night stay. It was a spacious room indeed. But they dont offer or entertain any request for additional bed AT ALL. It is stated on their website. Got wrong info from trip.com. Not sure whether the hotel was refurbished or it is their original design, but i didnt get why in their shower room there’s no shampoo/ shower gel holder/rack. They dont provide bin in the toilet like normally kost hotels do. On the last day, during dawn time there was power trip due to their faulty water heater."
