MY 2ND VISIT C/In: 13 April 2022 for 2 night. My 1st visit was 17 August 2020 for 2 nights. Located in the heart of Kuala Kangsar and within walking distance to all tourist attractions and local gestonomy sites. From the moment I first walked into this hotel, I was instantly being recognized by its employees and was warmly welcome with open arms making me feel right at home away from home. In fact, most of the staff from various departments are really friendly and hospitable. On my previous stay, they had even arranged a private tour in Kuala Kangsar to personalised my requirements. The Deluxe Suite is really comfortable with a magnificent view of the Perak River. Currently, Matahari Coffee House only serve buffet breakfast and dinner due to Ramadan season. Wondering if I am really hungry or longing for local cuisine, but somehow the food are extremely mouth-watering delicious. It was so delicious until my desert moment that my pants split at the buffet desert counter. Fortunately, one of the staff saw that horrible embarrassing moment and quickly stood behind me to covered my ass and quietly with discreet escorting me from the back to my suite for a quick changed. Currently the hotel's facilities available are limited. Only accommodation, meeting rooms, function rooms and car parking are available. Matahari Coffee House only available for buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Has been my pleasure staying with Casuarina Kuala Kangsar. Thank you!

Everything was OK, expect the guests need to walk from this end to the other (like we did as our room was at the end of the block). Not sure whether there were other access to the first floor other than the lift at the lobby. Ok if it is for a short business trip within Meru area. The micro location is good as it is a stone throw from Mydin Mall and many other attractions in Meru area. The room was OK although some floor boards are peeling off already. The toilet was not really clean especially at shower area. The glass partition was stained and not properly cleaned. Overall experience was OK, cannot ask for more.

I'm enjoying my stayed at Sun Inns Meru , by far it has the most comfortable budget hotel I've stayed . The staff were very friendly and the hotel was in the middle of the city which you can easily find places to hang out .

We booked 2 deluxe rooms from the hotel website for 1 night. It cost only RM150/night. Located at Meru, nearby Jelapang (Ipoh North) a new township. Hotel is owned by the State Government. Pros: - Value for money - Adequate room space - Modern amenities & fittings in the room - Package include drive thru movie for guests - Night vibes outside : Roundabout - Still considered new & well maintained -Staff are attentive - Lot of parking space but shared with the convention centre. Please note the parking space are open. Cons: - Location - not in central Ipoh where all the vibes - 10-15 mins drive to town or Ipoh Garden /Bercham / Tambun - No facilities - swimming pool The room package comes with breakfast which you have to pre-select from the choices available.

The house is clean, very clean.. The owner is also good at serving and replying to messages.. Complete with all facilities.. Each room has aircond, unifi neflix.. The area is also safe... Later, if I come to Ipoh again, I will stay here..

I spent my family time here and I'm very satisfied with the services and their accommodations. The staffs here also friendly and the cost to stay here is affordable. Will definitely spend my staycation here again next time.

It will be batter if they did clean the air conditioner. Overall stay is okay. Location of hotel consider okay. In between sungai siput and Ipoh town.

Good location, close to the main bus terminal and a mall as well as a nice restaurant (Naina) The manager is a beautiful human being, helpful and friendly. I would visit again as I enjoyed the location this time.
