"Stayed here with my family this time, we booked 4 rooms. Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, only 3 rooms were ready, and we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the last one. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. After checking in, we noticed a small area on the floor that wasn't perfectly clean, but the cleaning lady promptly took care of it, which was commendable. The location is excellent, with a mall, supermarket, and metro station nearby. Overall, my family was very satisfied with this stay."

"Loved my stay here! The lake-view room offered stunning views of Yayee Park and a distant glimpse of Foshan TV Tower. The room was spacious and bright, with smart controls that were easy to use. It was impeccably clean and tidy, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent. Plus, the minibar drinks were complimentary! The hotel is very thoughtful; on the 13th floor, next to the laundry room, there's a scenic corridor where you can relax and enjoy the view while waiting for your clothes. Breakfast was also high-quality, a great blend of Western and Chinese options. They even had local Foshan specialties like Chen Cun noodles and Lun Jiao cakes, alongside toast and salad. I didn't have time to try the gym or the infinity pool this time, but I'll definitely make sure to next visit. The front desk staff and the manager in black were incredibly genuine and attentive, patiently answering my questions with a smile. They even recommended Qixiangji, a local chicken restaurant, which turned out to be fantastic!"

"The hotel room boasts an elegant and spacious design, with a clean and bright environment. I particularly appreciated the separate shower and toilet. My only minor complaint was the limited number of power outlets for phone charging – just one set of two outlets located between the two beds. The hotel's location in Daliang District is absolutely ideal, with Huagai Road Pedestrian Street and Qinghui Garden just a stone's throw away, and the metro station less than a 5-minute walk. Highly recommended!"

"I used to stay at chain hotels in Shunde, but this time I tried a guesthouse. The hardware is just as good as well-known chains. What's even better is that the standard twin room has one bed that's 1.5 meters wide, which is perfect for families with children. A family of three doesn't have to bother looking for a triple room. There are many highlights in terms of service. The front desk staff are polite and enthusiastic; they provide detailed guides for dining and entertainment; and they can even arrange dragon boat paddling experiences... There are also some very thoughtful details. Upon check-in, guests receive a voucher for drinks at the tea room on the first floor, which has an elegant atmosphere where you can enjoy tea and relax. Steam eye masks are placed by the bed, so you can try them if you can't sleep. The toilet has disposable covers, which is very considerate for those who are concerned about hygiene. Thanks to Ms. Shi who checked us in. I hope you'll be there to welcome us again on our next visit."

"InterContinental has captured the shimmering waters of Qiandeng Lake right within its floor-to-ceiling windows. The lake view, like a flowing poem, instantly washes away all my worries. The room was clean and tidy, and the upgraded corner room offered an excellent view. Andy and Richard were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The biggest surprise was the special cocktail at the lounge – a ginger-pineapple spritzer. The gradient of the pineapple's bright yellow and the ginger's amber hue looked like a sunset bottled up. The first sip was a sweet burst of pineapple, followed by a gentle hint of ginger spice on the finish, with bubbles dancing on the tongue. After checking out, I received a polite call asking about my experience. The value for money was an unexpected delight, and the complex flavors of that drink alone were enough to highlight my trip. Simply wonderful!"

"The hotel itself was in a great location. It was convenient to get to from Guangzhounan high speed rail station and the subway. We enjoyed the room size and offerings however found that the staff in this Ascott weren’t as friendly as that in the Chongqing Ascott Raffles City. I didn’t receive a welcome gift as an Ascott star rewards member here but I did in Chongqing. Also I saw that the hotel staff were smoking outside the main hotel entrance which as someone who very much dislikes smoking I didn’t like. Overall these things were small and I would definitely stay here again in the future."

Qinghui Garden and the pedestrian street are right downstairs. You can step out and start exploring and eating immediately, with Qinghui Garden just a few minutes' walk away. Various old Shunde eateries, double-skin milk shops, and raw fish snacks are all around. No need for taxis, making sightseeing and dining super convenient. Looking out from the balcony, the retro European-style buildings paired with palm trees create a wonderful ambiance, almost like being in a Macau street scene. It's perfect for photos, and the balcony room offers a fantastic view experience. ✅ [Room Hardware Exceeded Expectations] We stayed in a floor-to-ceiling window balcony room, and the entire room was equipped with double-layered soundproof glass❗. When the windows are closed, it completely blocks out street noise, making for a very quiet night and excellent sleep quality. The bedding experience was a pleasant surprise. They use Serta mattresses, available at Sam's Club, which are just the right firmness. The bedding is soft and clean, and the towels and bath towels are also soft, clean, and odorless. The entire room features smart home controls, allowing intelligent control of lights, curtains, TV, and air conditioning – simple and convenient to operate. It's equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, which has strong airflow and dries hair quickly. If you book a projection room, the large screen offers a great viewing experience. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and sitting on the balcony for a while is relaxing and pleasant. ✅ [Public Areas & Service Are Big Pluses] The lobby environment is grand and elegant. The front desk staff are attentive and thoughtful, checking in guests efficiently and responding to requests promptly. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of drinks, hot dishes, and dim sum, with plenty of choices. We were very satisfied. The facilities are comprehensive. The gym allows for simple workouts, and the self-service laundry room is very convenient for washing clothes during your trip. The corridors and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Overall, the experience was extremely satisfying. Whether for a sightseeing and food trip or a short staycation, this hotel is very suitable. The hardware, service, and location are all exceptionally strong. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shunde!"

"I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped."

"Extremely satisfied! I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and the environment and hygiene here were very good. The lake view garden scenery was also very pleasant. It's super close to Qiandeng Lake Park, and not far from Denghu West Street. Plus, there's a food street right next to the hotel! The service staff were also very friendly and even gave a small gift to my child when we checked out. 👌 Highly recommend!"
