"Highly recommended hotel! It's conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The hotel design is very comfortable with lots of greenery. The room is spacious, well-lit with many lamps, and the view of the harbor is incredibly calming. There's an izakaya across the street that's open until around 11:30 PM, and plenty of other dining options nearby. The staff are very enthusiastic and always smiling. You need to pick up toiletries yourself from the lobby on the ground floor. There's a self-service water dispenser, and water bottles are provided in the room for refilling. I'm really looking forward to staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Okinawa. Be sure to try the large public bath – it's spacious and has many different types of pools!"

"I stayed for 4 days, arriving at the hotel before the typhoon hit. The wind started picking up around 11 AM. Since I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage at the front desk. What was great was being able to use the public lounge on the second floor, which offered free alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and even free popcorn. The hotel also had different activities every day, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and hygienic. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on the food."

"The hotel location os really good. The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues. The room was on the 8th floor, above the car park level, with views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the ocean. The room was spacious. A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room. It was convenient to check into the hotel after 10 pm. The problem with the room was the large amount of dust on the air conditioning unit and the walls, as well as traces of dust and mould. We would ask the staff to pay more attention to cleanliness. "I had a wonderful stay at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Naha Okinawa. The location is excellent, with Don Quijote, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and shopping areas all within a short walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the parking facilities were convenient for guests travelling by car. Most importantly, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa and would definitely stay here again."

"Really happy with this stay. The location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station, with convenience shops, izakaya and restaurants all around, and a doable 30-minute walk to the other end of Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. The room itself was very clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel, with a firm, comfortable bed and hotel-quality sheets and blankets. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast available for an additional fee. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naha."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Collective in Okinawa. The property is still very new and exceptionally clean throughout, making it a highly comfortable place to relax. Key Highlights of Our Stay: Great Perks for Families: They provide a dedicated kids' room that is completely free of charge. While it is not very big, it is still a nice bonus for families traveling with smaller children. Excellent Outdoor Jacuzzi: The outdoor pool complex features a fantastic hot tub with a jacuzzi function. The water temperature is kept very hot, which felt amazing on a breezy, cool day of about 18–20 degrees Celsius. Outstanding Breakfast Buffet: Future guests do not need to spend extra money hunting for authentic Okinawan food outside! The hotel's Vision & Emotion morning buffet serves an incredible spread where you can taste all traditional Okinawan dishes alongside Western and standard Japanese favorites. Pro-Tip for Future Guests: I highly recommend adding a little extra money to your booking package to include the breakfast buffet up front. It is absolutely worth it and saves you the hassle of searching for food in the morning!"

"The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, and the rooftop pool is a huge plus, especially at night. The hotel itself feels a bit like a budget hotel, with small but very clean rooms. I stayed for three days, and housekeeping wasn't included, but I'd leave trash and dirty towels by the door each day, and fresh ones would appear there at night. FYI, if you run out of toothpaste, you can ask for more at the front desk. There are also laundry rooms on every other floor. The price is very reasonable too, though it's a bit far from Kokusai Dori, so you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. It's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station. This place seems quite popular, with most guests being from Taiwan and Hong Kong."

"We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience."

"Let me start with the conclusion: I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days alone, and I highly recommend it! First, the location is fantastic – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still very central. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Tsubogawa tram station, making it super convenient to get to Kokusai Dori or the Prefectural Office, either by walking (about 10 minutes) or taking the tram. Plus, Don Quijote is right next door! The front desk is on the 5th floor, and I was greeted with such warmth from the staff during check-in. The room itself is really well-designed. One afternoon, I came back and opened the door to see the afternoon sun streaming onto the desk, chair, and bedside, creating such a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The main reason I chose Tokyu Stay is that the rooms come with a drum washing machine. For someone like me who always visits Japan for more than 10 days, this means I can refresh my clothes anytime, which is incredibly convenient for the rest of my trip. And you don't have to worry about the washing machine disturbing anyone; I tested the 2-hour wash and dry cycle, and there was hardly any noise. As for breakfast, even though the area isn't huge, there's always a little something different each day, which is a big plus. However, I do have a small suggestion: in the heated food section, like where the toast is, it would be great to add a 'hot' sign. The first time I reached for it, I accidentally touched the heated area, so just a little heads-up, haha. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, the room is spotless, and the size was just perfect for me. In summary, my experience at Tokyu Stay for these 5 nights and 6 days was absolutely wonderful. If I come to Naha again, I'll definitely be booking here."
