Good, clean, friendly hotel. Need to ensure you pay for the parking separately. Easy to get into Seaton, with the "world famous" tramway. Plenty of local pubs; not so many restaurants.

Good location, friendly staff, a few supply problems with breakfast items on day one and a little lax on deep cleaning the room (tea spoon dirty on arrival to room) however good a/c in room, quiet hotel and friendly helpful staff.

The restaurant closes early, before 8pm. The shower had a considerable amount of mould in it. The bed was nice and the air conditioning very quiet. Such a small amount of clothes storage space is a challenge, one tiny shelf and a few hangers. The quality of the cooked breakfast was 'greasy' except the sausages which were nice. One particular member of staff was rather abrupt, the younger ones were polite and helpful.

Not far from the beach, easy access to parking and a Tesco nearby. It’s one of the more basic premier inns I’ve been in but does what is says on the tin. Just alright. I was going to eat in the restaurant, despite the staff being lovely I couldn’t help feel like I caused a problem in an empty restaurant not booking. Maybe just a bit of customer service trading needed, not in a bad way as they were lovely but just to understand some of the words used are brash. I went to the burger beer place over the road in the end. Worth the 30 sec walk it’s

Continual problem where door keys stop working and even new ones from reception fail before getting to the door. Deeply frustrating for any extended stay. They also booked our two rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. Unhelpful. Breakfast is very good but dinner service is awful. Incredibly long waits for very mediocre fare. Not enough vegetarian options either. Parking costs £3/day extra which just feels like being nickel and dimed. Rooms are fine. Would be better if it was the family rooms that had the connecting doors... And if it was possible to actually book them.

I’m afraid Premier Inn has lost its way a little. I’m happy to put up with some aspects but not for the prices that have steadily increased.

Rooms are very clean and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. The only letdown is the lack of staff in the evening. We booked for the meal deal for two nights as we usually do but this time staff had been cut there were only 2 members of staff on and they were serving at the bar , cleaning tables seeing to any guests at reception desk as well as taking orders and serving food . This led to a drop in the standards you normally provide. Not fair on the guests or staff . We’ll give the restaurant a miss in future

I have read the negative reviews and don't agree with any of them. We only stayed one night and everything was great. Family room was clean and had plenty of space for us all. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. We had breakfast and there was plenty of variety. Would have no problem staying here again if we were in the area.

The rooms and public areas were roasting hot, heating on full blast it was unbearable. There was no way to get the bedroom below 19 degrees which is far too hot for sleeping, especially as the windows don't open at all! It’s really unpleasant being trapped in a completely sealed room with no fresh air and no way to lower the temperature. The toilet paper was awful cheap crispy stuff in a single sheet dispenser. Bed covers were nasty cheap sweaty synthetic fibres. Bathroom ceiling was mouldy. Tea and coffee facilities extremely basic, not even a biscuit. Travelodge are doing budget accommodation like this but to a much higher standard so there is no excuse, this was a £100 stay for 1 night so I expect better.
