"I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s fitness center and indoor pool were also excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable."

"I thought it would be very ordinary, but the stay felt very good. The first is that the decoration is relatively new, there are heating, microwave ovens, coffee machines in the room. Secondly, the room is good and there are no obvious stains. And the staff at the counter are very friendly."

"Amazingly nice hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but oh so functional, the epitomy of interior design of small spaces. The rooms are fully smart connected, and you can control everything via an ipad, really nice. Althouhgh the rooms are on the smaller size, they still worked great for me, a 6ft5 guy. Two thumbs up, do recommend."

"The hotel is in a good location in the city centre. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the waterfront, Greatwheel, and the Seattle Art Museum. Hotel parking is very expensive, more than 6 hours or overnight is 42 US dollars (excluding tax), the actual bill should add about 10% of the state tax and city tax on this basis, so good ⊙ _ ⊙"

"Although the location of the hotel is in downtown, it is not the best. It takes 6,000 steps to get to Pike Place Market. It was built in 1909. It can be seen that it is very old and not well maintained. I have lived in Italy Longer hotel, the cleaning is not very good, the room has a musty smell, but the serviceis very good, the staff at the counter are very friendly, the luggage delivery service staff and the valet car are also very good , People who like buildings with a sense of history recommend you to stay."

"Breakfast is not included, but there is a place in the lobby selling coffee and bread, which is cheap and tastes very good, and Starbucks is across the street. The rooms are small and well-equipped. To drink hot water, you can ask the hotel to borrow a kettle. The heating is sufficient and not dry. There are plenty of shopping malls around, opposite the Taikoo Center (with Din Tai Fung, Thai food, Lululemon), sephora, northstrom, all within a 5-minute walk. Yesterday morning flight, Uber inexplicably canceled the itinerary. Fortunately, the front desk waiter provided the limo business car. The fare was $45 and Uber was similar, helping me fight for time. Hotel service is great!"

WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily. The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful. Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone. The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival. Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times. Guest parking is welcome. I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.

BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.

无为而治4The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi. The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier. The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!

MMr. CruzGreat hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel. Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient, but it is situated right next to the highway, resulting in a high level of noise from the constant traffic. Additionally, the hotel charges $50USD per night for parking with in-and-out privileges. During our stay, we experienced a delay at the parking gate due to a previous car being unable to exit, and there was a lack of immediate assistance from the parking staff. Furthermore, when inquiring about the following day being a public holiday, the front desk was unable to provide this information. Despite having stayed at this hotel twice this year, I am considering alternative options as I believe there may be better choices available for the price of $400 per night.

HHappybirdCan’t sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I don’t like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!😜😜

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

PParkDaehanEven though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.

Nnabiki2The hotel is old, tiny shower with very low water pressure, but fine for a couple nights. Breakfast bags in the morning with granola bars and an apple. Free coffee and tea. One of the beds in our room was quite broken in the middle. However, still technically fine, slept okay, great location for the price.
