"The hotel is in a great location, with a lake and snow-capped mountains behind it, which is very beautiful. I also saw faint aurora at night. The room was clean and hygienic, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was particularly rich and delicious. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. It was the right choice for this self-driving hotel."
"Attention! If you are considering booking this type of apar**ent or guest house for your trip, be sure! Do not use Ctrip, it is very deceptive. This type of hotel is self-service check-in, and requires a four-digit code, but Ctrip does not provide it at all, and there is no explanation in the email. We were asked to call outside the hotel to check in.
I booked an apar**ent, the room is large, the facilities are complete, and it has a balcony. The only drawback is that the hot water smells a bit strange when taking a shower. Many hotels in Iceland have similar smells, and I don’t know the cause."

"Clean modern hotel situated near the entrance to the town. Large room but space mostly in the washroom (if you like big washrooms its great). Breakfast is BIG plus in Iceland, hot cooked American breakfast (bacon, eggs, sauteed mushrooms, bread and toast), lots of juices and milk, three cereals available. Avoid the espresso machine just get the brewed coffee made by the staff. Tea is sachet so dependable. Brilliant stop on the way to the east"
"A clean, no frills place. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and the dogs were friendly. Very close to Selfoss which has some great places to eat. Perfect as a place to stop and rest for the night."
"The location is very remote near Selfoss. It is really rural. The Google navigation used is the wrong way. The fork road into the residence is pitted. The room we booked has a kitchen, toilet, a hall, a bedroom, all very small, and you can't walk with your luggage. The bath water in the room seems to be untunable, and it will be cold or hot from time to time. Because the room was so small, I finally pulled down the yogurt, blueberries and other foods when I left. It has been open for 20 minutes when I found out. Most Icelanders speak English, this one can't do it, can't communicate. Chinese people do not recommend this."
"Very clean, self-check-in (the key with the name is in the data bag at the front desk), there is a shoe rack at the door, shoes can not be worn in, so remember to bring slippers. The shower has a door but there is no glue strip below so the water will flow out. The breakfast quality is very good. Overall will recommend to friends."
"Pretty nice and extremely kind reception people. I love them.
As usual like other hotels in Iceland, you should take a ride to get here.
The hotel room was big enough and there were 3 beds in the room although I'm staying by myself.
I love the way how the room is formed. I had two doors, one led me to the yard side and the other one faced the other rooms as well as the reception.
IDK this is the general rule but the shower pressure was horrible. It took more than 30 minutes to take a shower.
Speaking of the Hot tub, it was pretty small and adorable. But if you have plans to visit either Blue Lagoon or Secret Lagoon, You'd better skip this Hot tub."
"It was so cozy and clean that I stopped by once at the beginning of my trip to southern Iceland and then again on my way back. The bed was wide and comfortable. Towels were also provided for free. I highly recommend it!!"
"Great extra amenities. Easy access location, I even found a yarn shop nearby (Bobby's). Really liked the food options, and the shops are well thought out."

Great
GGuest UserOriginally, I wanted to take a foot from the glacier lake to the Golden Circle, but I didn't expect everything to be so perfect. Beautiful rural scenery, spacious and clean facilities, kitchen, restaurant, shower room and toilet, completely exceeded expectations.
CCHICHENTurning in on the main road, convenient parking, beautiful surrounding scenery, there are many rooms in the homestay, many shared bathrooms and toilets ㄧ enough! The breakfast is great, a variety of food, fruit, coffee is also delicious! The boss is kind and generous! There is a spectacular river waterfall nearby and I chatted with the boss when I left in the morning, although my English is not good! 😊 Value recommended accommodation
