Hotels near Masjid Achmad bin Adenan in Semarang

Overall is okay... but cleanliness is just a bit lack.. the good thing about this hotel is the room is spacious.. the swimming pool is belonged to the neighboring hotel MG Suites so customers from MG setos can not use the swimming pool freely, we have to pay 50k rupiah per person to be able to use the pool... the other downside is the Parking area, from the parking area to first lobby there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of luggage you have to carry it heavily by stair from parking area to first lobby before you can take the elevator.. so it is kinda a hassle.. but you can drop your belonging in front of the first lobby if you dont want to carry it all yourself there is the staff offering trolly, at night the parking area is locked it is safe but become a problem when you want to go out at night or come back at night

I booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. Start check in around 4 pm , i do believe in those time will busy during weekend , but start with disappointed for first impression of the front desk team . I booked 1 room large bed and non smooking room but not available and they offer smoking room . We take it but still disappointed , i thought they didn't read our reservation carefully when they got my reservation by app. They just asked our ID for copy it and fill reservation form and give the keys but they didn't give us clearly information about the hotel. Likes where and what time breakfast take place , another facilities. When we arrived to the room they said my room number is 502 and i try to open it ,but it didn't work and i check in the small envelope the room is 503. Luckily the guest in 502 didn't know this case because i saw the guest 502 came around after i move to 503 . The room is spacious and comfort but during the night we sleep, i can hear the next door guest turn on tv till morning because our room has connecting door. Swimming pool in 3rd floor not large but its okay, we looking the pool towel we didn't find it even pool attendant we didn't find it too. Breakfast at 2nd floor , the menu has so many choice , you can take it by yourself. When we meet the employee , almost of them less hospitality to greet the guest sometimes i do first , i think they need to improve their hospitality . I only found 1 women in front desk that she has good impression on hospitality during my check out time with gray uniform , didn't likes the 1 women in front desk with orange uniform during my check in which look didn't care about the guest. I hope it will be a good improvement in the future .

The staffs are very friendly. Room is quite neat and clean. They also have a connecting smoking room which can be booked by the application and confirmation to the hotel before our stays. the location is near to simpanglima. Foods are delicious and have an excellent presentation.

We checked in on many Aston hotels and always feel satisfied, but this.. well.. I will straight to the point Plus + location is strategic + room is large (with but...) + breakfast has many variation and delicious ... as expected of Aston hotel + internet speed is quite good Minus - loose heath protocol, many people walk around without mask and no staff care about it - really small in room table (room 1115) , I can barely put my laptop there , i want to change room but they said it's fully booked .. seriously with room this large, it won't do any damage if you provide bigger desk - large room, sofa, but light is really dim, even one of the lamp is broken, mechanic exchange the bulb resulting some debris from roof falling and made the sofa dirty - bathroom is so small and no door for shower area so water will splash here and there - poor TV signal I usually use Aston hotel, I even wrote this in another Aston Hotel (Aston Cirebon which wayyy better than Aston Semarang) .. well I'm aware this is Aston Inn (which should has lower standard) but I didn't expect to be so much different :)

Luxury room for low rate, friendly staff, so fast process check in and handling request, nearby simpang lima semarang and RS Kariadi.. Recommended for staycation and business trip in semarang jawa tengah

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

stayed twice at this centrally located hotel. It has a good bed & linen, bathroom with complete amenities, wifi is okay, and air con works fine. The service was good, staffs were helpful. The location is the best. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Keep up the good work

First time I stayed at this hotel, it impressed me much, so I made another reservation to extend my stay. Pros: Rooms are clean More pillows, made me sleep better Good bed quality, very good quality Helpful staffs Cons: Parking lot was under construction Wifi was not strong enough Will I visit again? Absolutely.

I had my stay on 28 - 30 October. Overll the check in process was smooth and the room is comfort. The disaster happened on the next day when I went down for breakfast at 6:20 in the morning. I understand the bfast started from 6 am and the reason I went dow at 6:20 was to avoid the crowd and to select the seats we wanted. There was not many waitress in charge I have to call them for tea and coffee. The duration of waiting for coffee and tea ws about 30 mins until I have to contact them again and again. The weird things that there was nobody incharge in Semarangan section and Dimsum section and Roti Kukus Section ( I took the photo attached). I even asked the staffs what time the staff arrived and start serve the guests. One of the staffs said that some of them were still prepared the breakfast and the manager was not stand by also in the restaurant. It was terrible experience for 5 star hotel like Tentrem. On fact I had enjoyable and memorable stay and experience when I stayed at Padma Semarang on the previous stay. The staffs esp in the restaurant are more attentive and details. The location is superb, you need to pass small alley to go there. Many foods around area. The staff is very helpful. The room is small, without window, you can hear people talking or walk by. The cleanliness is really needed to improve, especialy for bathroom, and bed. The parking space is small and limited, but not too worry, they have security to assist you. Overall is quite nice to budget hotel.
