When I close my eyes and throw away my glasses i will give this hotel max 3+* When have you ever been in Turkey 5* hotel you cant it compare. Interiers- looks old 5/10 Rooms - after reconstruction, nice,small with really small bathroom and balcony 7/10 / you cant sit there, max 1person at balcony/ - funny: one day come back from the beach and we didnt find the door from the bath corner.. We call to reception: yes we take them... No information why , No apologize , when they bring it back... Staff- bar & restaurant very kindly, 10/10 Reception- we had 2x luck that we speak with lady who's english was very bad we think that she is able to speak just with russian customers and we needed to wait for another person. 2) when you arrive at 2am and they know that there will be customer 2+1, its shame that room isnt ready. And you need to call to reception to ask to prepare one bed more. 6/10 Food - Im very sorry but it was terrible. 3/10. Pools- big and clean. To take sunbed you need to be there at 6 45am. BUT OK its worldwide folklore.... 1) Water slides- AMO they are built for children under 8 and many years ago. No fun for older. 2 I don't understand how there can be less sunbeds than hotel visitors... I meant that they are all occupied both on the beach and by the pool. The employee's answer, is it possible to bring 2 extra sunbeds somewhere, and I don't mean 1-2 rows by the pool or on the beach: you have to arrive early.. 6/10. Beach-Garden. 10/10 - you can have sunbeds under palms trees - clean - sand. Maybe inside the sea is 1m part of stones but nothing special - you dont need any shoes to go to water as they say. Animation+kids club+ night program 6/10/8. Nothing special but good standart. Question- will i come back here. Answer is Absolutely NO.

Hotel Belconti is an amazing place.There is a lot of to discover.We were satisfied with almoust everything.Rooms were big enought,properly and regulary cleaned.The food was good taste,and even if we were expecting more of international food,it was a chance to try traditional turkish food. Hotel staff was kind and helpfull whenever needed. Especially I would like to highlight the members of Animation team in Mini Club - Assiya,Maria and Nass.This girls can speak fluent english,russian,or german so as to agree with all children.Their kind behavior creates a realy friendly atmosphere throught the day.Program in miniclub was good managed,and ever day different,so no child could be bored. Mini disco in the evening was regulary top of day for our children (4 and 6 YO).They just loved it because girls from animation team made it full of fun. I suggest to everyone to travel to Turkey,especially in september and i rate hotel Belconti as a really good choice.

I am impressed with the services provided in this resort. The cleanliness and the variety of food is very good.. All the day and evening activities are very excellent and interesting.. The reception staff and the staff of restaurants and swimming pools are all excellent. I hope to visit this wonderful place as soon as possible.

Akşam şovları her akşam farkli ve eğlenceli. Animasyon ekibinin ilgileri ve enerjileri harika. İlk deneyimimiz ama son olmayacak. Seneye yine tek tercihimiz Armas Bella Sun olacak. I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte
