"Location is really good, near bus stop for and to jakarta, also bus stop for free surrounding bsd But the room itself is kinda old(?) "I recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Pros: • The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps. • The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. • The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day. Cons: • The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive. • The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable. While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw."

"Low quality service from front desk while checking in. Was given 1 room card & I requested for 1 more card but was told to pay Rp100 ribu as deposit for the card. Only budget hotel requested for deposit for extra card but this is a so called 4 star hotel. Also I booked a Grand Deluxe room not a standard room & a monthly regular customer. For the past 2 years staying there have no issue but seems like the service going backward. Customer service is not up to 4 star rating."

"Kids friendly hotel, easy to reach. Ambience feels like home. For additional would be more comfort if on its window glass can put on heat rejection window film so it will make room temperature feel comfy at noon, especially for room with sunset view."

"The hotel situated at the south of jakarta 30mins from the suharto airport. The location of the hotel is good if you stayed and go on that area lile Aeon mall etc. However if going to Jakarta central it will be an hour or more due to traffic condition. Opposite of hotel their is mall with supermarket and few restaurants. The hotel is good with reasonable. I recommend this place if you are staying within this area."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My family (4 people) stayed at Grand Zuri BSD City from 8 to 9 July 2025, during the major flood in South Tangerang. We arrived well past midnight, completely exhausted from the situation, but the reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and fast, even at that late hour, with no issues whatsoever — something we deeply appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and neat. All in-room facilities were in excellent condition, including complete amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Despite the difficult circumstances outside, we felt safe and well taken care of inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options — a great way to start the day. Throughout the stay, the friendly and professional staff made sure we felt supported, which really made our short stay memorable during those challenging two days. I would highly recommend Grand Zuri BSD City to my friends, family, and acquaintances — not only for the quality of the hotel but especially for the exceptional hospitality and service in times of need."
