The Disney shuttle service was perfectly timed. For the Pudong Airport drop-off service, the seats were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pudong Airport shuttle service: Very convenient. Last night, the young staff members at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, very spacious, bright, and completely odor-free. Service: Fantastic!!!

The room was very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. The service was also excellent, and the airport transfer service was incredibly convenient. Disneyland Shuttle Service: Very convenient, quick, and punctual. Pudong Airport Transfer Service: Very convenient, quick, and punctual.

The room was on a convenient floor and quite clean. We truly appreciated the hotel's transfer services, especially the Disney shuttle and Pudong Airport pickup/drop-off, which made our trip significantly more comfortable and stress-free.

The hotel is well-equipped with facilities and was very clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The location is also very convenient, and the room itself was very comfortable. The Disney shuttle service was super convenient, and the attendant was very considerate. The Pudong Airport transfer service was fantastic and convenient! I'll definitely choose Juzi Hotel again for my next stay.

The place was immaculately clean, and check-in was a breeze. It has comprehensive facilities, and the surrounding area offers beautiful scenery, with a river and park right outside the window. The air was wonderfully fresh.

The hotel is conveniently located a reasonable distance from Chuansha Station on Line 2. The rooms offer a comfortable, clean, and cozy stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping attendants were very thoughtful. They provide a scheduled shuttle service to Disneyland, and I also found out they offer complimentary airport transfers. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. It's truly the best choice when traveling with children. The service staff were excellent, and the overall hotel environment was also very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. We'll also be recommending it to our friends.

Environment: The overall environment was pretty decent. My friend and I booked a king-sized room. Disney Shuttle Service: The hotel offers shuttle service to and from the Disney Donald Duck parking lot in both the morning and evening. This was a thoughtful and convenient service! Cleanliness: The room was very clean and well-maintained. Having two mirrors was also very convenient for my friend and me to do our makeup.

Overall, it met my expectations, especially since I arrived quite late and departed early in the morning on the 7:20 AM Disney shuttle bus. The room had a long, narrow layout, which was a first for me. Upon entering, there was the vanity area, with the toilet and shower room to the left, and the bed to the right. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was quite good and very substantial; after filling up, we were ready to head to Disney. However, the shuttle bus drove a bit slowly – I'm not sure if it was due to traffic – and the journey took almost 40 minutes. Interestingly, guests from other hotels who boarded later than me actually arrived earlier.

We chose this hotel for its reasonable price and its location near the airport as well as Disneyland. We very extremely happy with our choice. The hotel provides free Disneyland (very well arranged and convenient) and airport shuttle, and even have a robot to deliver our ******* food orders directly to our room! The rooms were clean and self sufficient. The hotel is also near the old village of Chuan Sha, which makes for an interesting place to explore if you have extra time! But the standout of this hotel is the well-trained, helpful, professional and friendly staff, which made our stay all the more wonderful. I highly commend all of them as they provided us with service that was on par with 5-star hotels. They have self-service drinks at the lobby but the staff would take the initiative to serve us tea during check in and as we were waiting for our airport shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to go to Shanghai Disneyland.

Good solid 3 stars, delivered as promised. My room size is a bit small considering China standard. When I got into my room, I wasn't too impressed but I was fine once I familiar with the room . Assigned to the lower floor which is a bit noisy in the morning, ok for me since I have to get up early to work. Do not expect fancy reception areas, they offers you juices and water at the reception,staffs are all pleasant, housekeepers greet you. This is a location that you can taste the local live style and 10 minutes walk from the subway which will take you the entire City without costs you too much money.
