The staff is warm and thoughtful, providing considerate service from check-in to check-out, proactively upgrading the room type and providing travel guides, which makes people feel warm. It is an 8-minute walk to the subway station, adjacent to the commercial center and the entrance to the scenic area, and quiet at night without noise interference.

1. After checking in, a guest developed an allergic reaction and went into shock. They called the front desk, and security came over, asking for help to take them to the hospital. They said there was no one at the front desk and they couldn't leave. We also called the police, but since it took time for the ambulance to arrive, they finally asked for help to take them to the hospital. The next day, they denied they had asked for help. Were we playing with our lives? Is the security guard the only one on night duty? 2. I'm not sure how this hotel sets its rates. The offline and online rates differed by 100 yuan. 3. The next day, we explained the situation to the front desk, and they called security. They said they hadn't requested help. It was our first stay, so why would they single out a security guard or the hotel? The hotel staff lied profusely. 4. We didn't want anything, just an explanation or an apology, but the front desk manager couldn't provide a clear explanation. 5. I don't recommend this hotel. You'll know after one stay. The service was very poor, and the attitude was terrible.

I'm giving it a 0.5 because there's no such thing as a 0. I checked out of the hotel and received a call an hour after leaving saying their TV had been broken. Without any verification or approval, the bill was simply deducted as incidental charges. This is a hopeless hotel, everyone should avoid it. It's a lousy hotel. There's no parking, and guests are required to pay the 30 yuan parking fee upfront. It's hilarious.
