Love this hotel. Arrived at the hotel and actually chose a date months away from what I actually wanted and I was able to cancel on the spot and rebook immediately. It was actually the receptionist who realised my error. For the price I can’t find fault with it. Better than some places I have paid way more for. Everything given was adequate and the bed is so comfortable.
The location is great but finding the entrance can be a little tricky but with a little help from passerby’s you will be fine.

They have a nice room but only has "false windows" facing a wall. The hotel shares the building with other businesses/stores. You have to navigate around the building to find the entrance of hotel. Metro is kinda far but it is fine if you like walking. Overall, a decent hotel.

The facilities and location are ok , but we had to wait like 3 hours to get our rooms because the cleaner wasn’t there. The receptionist is not very helpful.

The entrance of the hotel is a bit hard to find if the driver doesn’t go in the parking lot of the building. Once you come of, you will see this little drink shop and stairs. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor. There are elevators conveniently located. The lobby is clean and smells good. Check in is quick. The room smelled a little of smoke but I think it was from the next room over. The water pressure is good. Location is superb. Literally in the middle of SH. Would stay again.

For foreigneres, hotel is located on 3rd floor, tricky to find the elevators but just follow the map.
There is absolutely no sign of the reception desk until you go to 3rd floor.
Room is as description, but even it says NON-SMOKING toom, it does smells like cigarrete. I was damn tired to complain about it but in the end I regret I didn't ask to change it. Like I smoke all night long

The hotel was easy to find but its a 15min walk from the nearest metro station. The hotel is on the third floor and when we arrived everything went well at the reception. They were friendly and fast. The room was really clean and didnt lack anything. I felt very comfortable!

Clean, amazing location especially for cycling around downtown, rooms are well-organized and in general nicely put together. This time had a bigger room but again windowless which has a light outside that’s not ideal. Hotel facilities are decent, washing machine but didn’t find a dryer.
