I originally booked 2 rooms for a parent-child trip with my parents and children, and planned to check in on 9/16. Molly contacted me in advance and added WeChat. As a result, the typhoon disrupted the itinerary, and I bought the Ctrip Select Package. I couldn't modify or cancel it by myself after booking. I tried to contact Molly to reflect whether the check-in date could be adjusted due to special weather. She helped to feedback to the reservation department. Not long after, Ctrip called and assisted in changing the date. This experience was really good. The hotel and Ctrip staff were very flexible👍
Although the check-in day was a weekend, there was a typhoon and heavy rain the day before. There were not many people in the hotel, and most of them were also with their children. The indoor swimming pool and the small beach are downstairs in Building 2. The slide and cute pet park are in the area behind Building 1.
If you don't want to spend extra money, dig sand, swim, and slide on the small beach, which is more than enough for the children to discharge. And my children like to watch TV and eat snacks in the hotel room.
You need to go to the lobby to get the takeaway food yourself, because the two hotels I stayed in before both had robots delivering food. There is a gap when there is a comparison. I hope it can be upgraded and optimized in the future.
The overall experience is good, the scenery is very quiet, and the air is very fresh. I will come again if I have the chance.

This is opulent and decadent. There is a special events room, restaurant, pool, spa and sauna, and best for me was the bathtub (and shower) in the room. Because of the tub, I didn't even go to the pool. I had room service, and they didn't speak English, but came to my room to take my order in person. I had a burger, fries and Caesar salad and a beer. It was very good. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, it was expansive and amazing, plus juices and coffee. I was able to try so many things. There were choices if you wanted Continental, but Chinese things as well.
I liked it and had an amazing night's sleep.
I only have pictures of the tub and my breakfast. I would stay again. Also, I went off in the Didi and returned and it was easy to come and go.

The room is big and the decoration is relatively new. The heated swimming pool is open from 9am to 9pm and the gym is open 24 hours. These two points are very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with everything you need, freshly cooked wontons, noodles, Chinese porridge, and Western bread. Even when it is almost time to finish, the food can still be served, and you can pack coffee to take away, which is great. Oh, by the way, the bathtub is good, big and deep enough. It is about 15 minutes' walk from Qingxi Ancient Town, and it only takes half an hour to walk around the ancient town. It is still a good choice to travel during the late National Day off-peak period, and it is cost-effective

The Mulian Hotel in Shanghai is built by the lake, with beautiful greenery and fresh air. The rooms are clean and tidy with balconies, newly decorated, spacious and comfortable, and the lake view rooms have unobstructed views of the lake. The hotel's service staff is standardized, orderly and polite. Because we checked in during the week, the girls at the front desk, Xiao Wu and Xiao Yu, also helped us upgrade our room. As an old customer of Ctrip, I have to give them a thumbs up.

I read the reviews saying it was a state-owned hotel in Fengxian, so I was looking forward to staying there. I was not satisfied with the hotel experience. First, someone got stuck in the elevator, and then the hair dryer in the room took half an hour to dry my hair 70-80%. This was the first time I encountered this in so many hotels. I recorded a video of the hair dryer blowing next to the disposable towels, and the towels didn't move much. It was blown from 11:30 to 12 o'clock, and the paper towels were used up after just a few sheets of paper on the day of check-in. I could still hear various door slamming sounds when I went to bed at 1 o'clock in the morning. The sound insulation effect was not very good. I suggest that employees stay in their own hotel to experience it.

The overall environment of the hotel is clean and stylish. The room is large, very spacious, clean and tidy. There is also free coffee in the lobby, which is great! It's great to have free drinking water in the room. The location is also good. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel door, so transportation is convenient. When I checked in, I asked if I could upgrade my room type. The waiter was very enthusiastic to help me check and upgraded the room to a lake view room. The room was very spacious and spacious, with dry and wet separation. There were two types of bathing: a bathtub and a shower. Many five-star hotels in China are very shabby and do not have smart toilets, but the rooms of J W Marriott Hotel are equipped with very comfortable smart toilets. I have always trusted the quality of Vienna Hotel. This hotel was built last year and is relatively new. The hygiene and location are good. The hotel facilities are also very useful. There is a gym and laundry room on the second floor. There is also a picking garden at the door, and vendors sell watermelons. It is absolutely happy to have a sweet watermelon in summer.
However, there was a small episode. During the check-in process, the room suddenly lost power. The hotel aunt was very enthusiastic to help contact the staff and it was restored in about ten minutes. The next day, when I went out and returned to the room, this situation happened again. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out, but the front desk only expressed that it was not clear and did not pay attention to it. I hope that the hotel management and engineering department can pay attention to it and find out the cause. If the guest falls when taking a shower at night, it will be very troublesome. Thank you.
