酒店位於商南縣中心位置，是商南最大最好的掛牌四星園林式度假酒店，離著名的金絲峽景區不遠，服務態度很好，由於疫情防控原因，我們進入商南縣的時候被防控人員攔住要求酒店過來接人才能走，晚上十點了，酒店前台小姐姐們得知消息後立刻開車好幾公里過來，寫證明敲公章一頓忙活我們才得以入住酒店。在這裏向前台的服務人員再次表示感謝。
房間很大，早飯也很豐富，停車有室外和地下兩個，以後去金絲峽還會來這住的

環境優美: 賓館內空間寬敞大氣，房間大且有陽台；去早餐廳的路上能欣賞到現場彈奏的鋼琴曲；賓館外除了籃球場、羽毛球場、乒乓球等場地，後面山坡上建有亭子，還鋪設了水泥路，各類體育健身活動都有專屬空間；若不提醒自己，可能想不到這是縣城裡的賓館...

酒店環境很好，花園式，養眼。大廳很大，豪華。地上地下停車場很寬敞，地下停車場有電梯直通，很方便。房間大，但設施老舊。

與同事一起出差，在攜程上找了好多家，相比較此家酒店性價比最好，一次性訂了五間房園林式雙床房，前台直接幫我升級為五星級智能語音房間，所有的電器都可以語音操作，非常方便。酒店豪華高大上，離市中心不遠。衞生間空間超級大。

設施老舊，二個枕頭二個都有不同的毛，衞生間直接沒有拖乾淨是濕的，走路得很小心，被子和褥子全部潮的厲害，導致第二天拉肚子，餐廳沒什麼吃的，一進門就碰上有人把寵物狗帶進餐廳也沒有人管，吃飯沒有任何服務員，自行安排，總之管理混亂這是出來住酒店少有的情況！
