🙋[對於房東，我想説]非常負責的房東，會提前給你攻略！
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]距離小公園不遠，離海邊也不遠，佈置還是比較用心的，但是硬傷就是廁所比較小。
還有樓層有點高，沒有電梯拎箱子有點吃力！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]基本需要的都有，房東也很熱情，會主動提供幫助！

房間裝修真的很驚喜，好適合拍照，海洋球真的也深得我心，衞生也很乾凈，房東非常nice，貼心的準備了很多小東西，漏帶了也不怕！還給我發了攻略，自己都不用做了

房間乾淨整潔，有個大陽台還有兩把椅子可以坐着吹吹風聊聊天。
房間裏的各種物品都很齊全，甚至還有護膚和卸粧，就算出門忘帶了也不怕。
房間的佈置很好看，很出片，有各種可以用來拍照的小道具，還提供了三腳架。
房東很熱情，還發了推薦的遊玩地方和吃飯的店，到了房間裏，還看到了房東給我們準備的新年禮物。
十分推薦！是下次還來汕頭遊玩住宿的不二之選

拍照賊好！好多個場景！正好那天下雨，呆民宿一直拍拍拍～真的很出片！！還有，充電器啊棉簽啊各種東西都很齊全，很方便，床墊也很舒服😌如果下次去還住這！

[對於房東，我想説]房東是真的超級超級好，你問他的問題真的是秒回，而且還會給你吃喝玩樂的攻略，讓你真的都不用操心的，直接都省心啦🍻
[民宿給我的小驚喜]民宿裏面真的應有盡有，衹有你想不到沒有放鬆做不到的呀🌹小到發繩皮筋真的是啥都有，這個房東真的很細心，告知了男朋友生日，他還會給你佈置的驚喜角落，真的愛了好嘛💐
[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]周邊靠近的就是美麗的海濱路啦；去輪渡坐輪船、小公園真的是超級近的，還可以步行到海邊去看汕頭最美日落🌄超級出片，一下子愛了好嗎😻附近的躍進路也真的是超級多的吃的，而且都不踩雷，非常好吃，附近的居民也都很熱情❤️‍🔥讓我對廣東人民印象一下子升高啦絕絕子👍
[房屋設施我一定要提]房間設施就跟回到了自己的家裡一樣，大概房東的初衷就是讓每一位旅客回到家的感覺吧，有一個小陽台可以坐着嘮嘮嗑，喝喝酒看看日落看看海景，這不就是在自己的家裡嘛！！！！🍻裏面的場景佈置的灰常好看，小角落女孩子去拍照的真的會超級激動，因為每一處都能拍照都能出片。床和被子也真的超級舒服，很軟很軟真的是愛了，直接睡到還想再續住。重點是房間非常乾淨！房東肯定是一個大潔癖，一個個死角都沒有、愛了！真的推薦情侶出遊或者家庭出遊可以來！汕頭首選民宿，快沖

剛到小區感覺小區怎麼有點舊，心想裏面不會很破吧，然而一進門就發現房間很大很乾凈，佈置的很温馨，而且各種東西都很齊全，還有小零食，離小公園也很近，周圍有一條街好多吃的，老闆也很貼心，服務到家，會提前發給你各種美食推薦，路線遊玩啥的，要説有啥不好衹能説衞生間有點小沒有乾濕分離，其他還是很完美的噠！
