"I enjoyed my stay. During my visit with Four Points by Sheraton Memphis -Southwind they had a promotion on breakfast (“Breakfast for a Buck” )You could choose from all breakfast entrees for only a dollar ($1.00). This also included a beverage of your choice. The restaurant/bar does offer very good options for food and drinks. Also, the front desk and staff were pleasant. I had a problem with the A/C in my first room that was quickly resolved. My room was clean and tidy. Thumbs up 👍🏼! I’m looking forward to staying at Four Points by Sheraton- Southwind again while visiting Memphis. Thanks! "
"We have a total of two rooms. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was bad when we checked in. We changed the card several times up and down. Finally, we asked the people of the engineering department to repair the lock.
When I checked out, the front desk said that there was a problem with the payment of the room rate. Let me swipe the card again, but my room rate was prepaid by Trip.com , how could I pay it again. Later, the front desk communicated with her manager, and they solved the room rate by themselves. They should go to communicate with the third-party intermediary of Trip.com ."
"The hotel is on the popular road, diagonally opposite is McDonald's. It is not far from Macy's and other shopping malls. The hotel is very easy to find. The front desk is very enthusiastic. There was no way to add another room, but the front desk was very good. I said that I didn't book the room because of the unclear writing, so I gave the first room for the first night free of charge. The rooms with two beds and a king size bed are very high, comfortable and spacious. The hotel breakfast is American breakfast, except for the oatmeal, it is cold, but it is also very good, and the overall feeling is still good. New to Memphis recommended!"

Amazing
YYu chenWe’ve stayed here for 3 nights, everything was so great, except if you don’t drive like us, it’s not so convenient to eat (unless you call uber eats). Breakfast is just fine, simple but enough for us. I will definitely recommend to stay here if you drive and stay in Memphis. Big breakfast restaurant with Free water, coffee/ tea, some fruits and yogurt is offered for 24 hours which is very nice to guests without any special activities yet. Some small finger foods are possible to buy at lobby.
GGuest UserThe shower pressure was extremely low, and the water did not get close to hot in my first room, and the toilet did not work. The couch was counted as one bed, and the iron useless. This information was not disclosed on the reservation website. Imagine getting ready for a funeral while the toilet, shower, and iron were all broken, my 11-year-old daughter is a type 1 diabetic, the refrigerator was not cold, and the medication needed to be refrigerated, it eventually warmed up after 2-3 hours. After my family funeral services, I came back to the hotel to relax, so me and family proceeded to the pool where, after changing rooms, I discovered cockroaches by the pool (”I showed the front desk the pictures”). It was incredibly troubling not being able to rest and unwind because I was already mentally and physically exhausted. I was of course offered points I guess for a free stay but actually the room should have been taken off. Again, the ladies at the front desk were very sweet but unfortunately, I was not able to relax. I unfortunately, will not post pictures because it was already disclosed to the front desk. I just had to rant due to my troubles.
GGuest UserGuest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer.
MMark DuncanThis is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍
GGuest UserOverall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.
MMary CrissEverything was clean and cool until I got into the shower and dirt started coming from the door ! Also the water in the shower was not hot! The sink water was hotter than my shower but other than that it was great!
GGuest UserAir wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.
GGattaThe motel is very close to the center so it is very easy and comfortable to get there. The good thing was that it is in a gated property so at least it feels safe. I reserved a room for three people but they provided just two sets of towels. The room had the basic. TV, no fridge. The main problem I had was the clean. The room did not feel clean at all. The beds were changed, but under the bed the dust and dirt was disgusting. The floor probably has not been clean from a very long time and there was a condom wrap open under the bed. The walls and doors had spots all over . Overpriced for what you get.
GGuest UserThe hotel location wasn't bad. Loved the Elvis homage.... room wasn't the cleanest, bathroom and walls could use a good clean and paint job. Didn't have breakfast. So I can't say much. But for the price I paid, I can't complain. Don't mind going back there.
