Thank you very much for providing such an excellent accommodation experience. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the toiletries are of good quality. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially Gary Dong sir, who took the initiative to help the elderly with mobility problems to stay in the room close to the elevator, and explained the hotel's facilities and equipment in detail and patiently, and fully introduced the local traditional culture. The exquisite food in the breakfast restaurant is also unforgettable. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Lixi Tower Food Street, the Palace Museum, and Bubble Forest Bath. The two young ladies in the hotel's executive lounge (wang & zhang) also enthusiastically explained the local bathing culture (like), there is also free parking, and the facilities are complete. I recommend and look forward to staying again.

The service attitude is very good. They also helped me upgrade to the Exploration King Room for free. The location of the room is also very good. Needless to say, the room facilities are very good in all aspects. Even the shampoo and shower gel are very good.
