I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. I think it's okay. In short, the staying experience is quite fun, but it's too old. I probably won't book it next time.

So so. The location is fine - plenty of food and near to MTR. What I don't like: 1. Upon check in, they couldn't find my booking. Took them a while. 2. First gave a room where water from bathroom flooded the carpet outside. 3. They have another room thereafter, but there was a mosquito(s) in the room which kept attacking me. 4. Bathroom layout - shower screen door didn't close properly and so it was always wet despite exhaust fan. 5. They don't change the bedsheets everyday. 6. Weekends no buffet breakfast (seems to be more a business hotel so buffet only on weekdays).But service staff is good. I don't think I will book this hotel again.

I changed to the bigger room for 2 days after staying in a smaller room 2 days before in the same hotel. The bigger room was very clean, spacious and great value for money. The hotel is located right in the city, with a great city life around it, massive hotels and great malls all within walking distance. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
