一家老小度假，一直以來都住酒店這次看這家網評很好於是定了最貴的精緻景觀大床房外加一間榻榻米大床房，本來很期待，實際落差很大，總結如下：1、交通：東山珍珠酒店後門右側一家農家小院，交通還算可以；2、房間：落差最大，最失望的，給我們一家老小安排五樓頂層閣樓的兩間，樓梯是木質的很窄很陡，兒子幾乎是爬上去的，對於我們提這個40斤大箱子又是長者又是小孩的，樓頂的兩間房非常不友好，層高很低，我老公幾乎趴着頭活動，風景幾乎沒有，光線一般般，精緻景觀大床房居然固定燒水的地方都沒有，害得拿到鞋架旁邊插座燒，也沒有茶葉；五樓的榻榻米大床房就巴掌大，根本不算榻榻米吧，就是地鋪而已；4、早餐：很簡單，白粥、雞蛋、包點、榨菜；我自己炒了份青菜😓；5、公共廚房：可能用的人多，衞生一般，強迫症患者在那擦洗調料蓋；實事求是點評，民宿要做的更好，早餐和硬件還要再豐富優化，頂樓的所謂精緻景觀大床房名不符實，建議店家明確房間格局，主推情侶或者年輕人，不建議讓老小家庭住，上下樓梯安全隱患大。

很乾凈很舒服，老闆的服務也很好，這家民宿比較安靜，不像海邊那些那麼吵鬧。唯一不好的就是冷氣不冷啊，跟老闆借了風扇。

民宿在東山珍珠酒店旁邊，離楊梅坑和桔釣沙不遠。住的雙床房可以看到山景。想去出海釣魚和自駕的可以考慮住在這裏。周邊還比較安靜。

喜歡這種脱離城市鋼筋水泥，完全慢下來的生活。第二次來住了，第一次沒玩夠。
民宿附近很幽靜，早上起來散散步，呼吸新鮮空氣，真的是純天然的氧吧，還有陣陣鳥叫聲。
等到下午退潮，和孩子們一起體驗了趕海，玩的不亦樂乎。
雨後的海邊特別出片，隨手一拍就有大片既視感。
小朋友挖的也很開心，貝殼、螃蟹、小魚小蝦都有，旁邊還有可以露營的草地，是一塊寶地。

民宿位置離我們要去的幾個地方都很近，環境也非常好，床品很舒服，房間也很大很乾凈，超出我們心裏預期的樣子，老闆老闆娘也很熱情，我們工作日來的，一直都很安靜休息的很好，趕海的地方離民宿也很近，很好玩，下次來還會選擇住這裏。
