整體乾淨，有空調，很晚了也有熱水，住了一晚感覺也不會很吵，老闆隨和，整體不錯

非常經濟實用的單間，大小7-8平米。為了在市區4線交匯的車公廟附近找住宿，我發現了這間旅館，在福田沙尾地鐵站30米的位置，生活區吃喝方便，深圳市區我覺得這裏50多塊錢算是最便宜的單間，我發現很多客人都是長住，老闆人挺隨和，我在115號住了3天。以上分享給有緣看到的朋友吧，做個參考

房間設施陳舊就不説了，這麼熱的天，居然沒空調 ，窗子小得離譜，還沒一個小孩子的身體寬，因為是網上訂 ，72元，去看了下，果斷離去，然後在隔壁開了一間 ，同樣的價格，也是單間，房間設施比他好幾倍，還有空調 ，還有wifi

跟本是農民工的旅館,地下招客告示38一138,ㄒrip com 訂房了佰多元,而且好污及空調不够要用掛牆扇幫忙但扇也不搖擺只可直吹,浴室也污損的

離地鐵站超級近，幾乎下樓就是，樓下吃吃喝喝的地方也非常多，房間還算是乾淨整潔，老闆很熱情幫着免費升級房間。房間小是硬傷，尤其是衞生間，但是對於這個價位來説，已經算是很值了。

這個旅館離地鐵口衹100米左右非常近好找，樓下很多小吃店，房間小但一切齊全的還算乾淨，價格六七十元很便宜了，但工作人員早上九點收拾別的房間時順便到來竟然不敲門直接開門了，那時門關着還反鎖着的，不明白怎麼輕易開門了，嚇了我一大跳，本來對這個旅館印象非常好打算下次再來住的，對於這個問題了下次不會再來了。
