The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many group stores in Fox Plaza downstairs, and there are also many small shops outside the shopping mall to choose from. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is very complete with kitchen utensils, ranging from stoves and pots to tableware and utensils. You can actually buy ingredients for the stove. There is also a washing machine that combines washing and drying in the room. The whole process takes 5-6 hours, which feels very long. What I like the most is their shower gel and shampoo. They have a nice fragrance and are very relaxing after use. The overall stay was very good and I will stay here many times if I have the chance.

Amazing services. We were having trouble using the DiDi App to locate a cab in front of the premises after checking-out, the receptionist was quick to catch on and came to offer help on getting us a cab. They even provided their name card and told us we can call back any time for them to help us locate a cab wherever in Shenzhen if needed. Moreover, it was a rainy day and they offered us an umbrella despite me being already checked out, and told us that we can take it with us without returning it. 5/5.

Great location few minutes away from the sea world and all the fun, clean room but bathroom had a slightly bad smell of pee. Comfortable bed&pillows. Tv is not working cos the wifi is constantly off. We arrive to the hotel around 16:30 and the room wasn’t ready, the receptionist was completely lost and just repeated “you have to wait”.. if I didn’t speak Chinese I might be waiting for my room another hour or so. I had to fight to get a room, the manager simply suggested they return the money, and they wouldn’t care if the rooms in other hotels are more expensive if you booking at the same day. Not the cheapest option to get such a stress to simply check in to fully prepaid room.

Double holiday, ready to take a boat from Shenzhen to Macau, and also play in Shenzhen for a few days. Temporary business trip, just booked a hotel near the company. I used to live in their home often. I heard that I had recently renovated and changed my name. I thought about trying it out. It was really different. The room was re-organized with wooden floors, the passage carpet was replaced with new ones, the facilities were changed, and the towels were replaced with new ones. I asked the front desk to know that they joined Licheng Langyu, as if Shenzhen is still the first one. Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

The newly opened hotel is in Prince Bay. The hotel is beautiful and the room type I am in can see the invincible sea view. But the most impressive thing for me is not the landscape or hotel facilities, but the service. Stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the service of the duty manager Ah Xian! His hospitality is really meticulous, comparable to a 6-star hotel butler. The side shows that the management level of this hotel is still very high. Will choose to stay here next time!

A good room for a good price, good location. However its not the cleanest room, nor do they redo the rooms unless you request if you are staying more than one night.
