Food and Service is good however the hotel location is abit hard to find and the room is quite old and basic

This is an excellent ryokan owned by a family, with clean and neat japanese style en-suite and onsen. It locates at the top of a small hill overlooking the supreme zekkei of the Shimanto River. The owner and the staffs are very hospitable, we wish to visit again in the future, perhaps in a different season. Thank you very much and we had a wonderful stay.

高台にあり四万十川が見れるホテルとの事で期待していましたが、部屋は２階の山側、四万十川どころか手入れのされていない裏庭しか見えず、部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、満室との事で不可でした。 食事は皿鉢料理で、色々なおかずが少しずづ大皿に盛られて提供されましたが、何一つ絶品が無く、どれもそれなりで全くの期待外れでした。都会で提供される3000円程度の料理のように感じました。 温泉はこじんまりとして清潔でしたが、湯音が温めでいくらつかっても体が温まらずこまりました。一人一泊23000円は高すぎると思います。 話にならず二度と訪問することは無いでしょう。
