非常愉快的住宿體驗，房間整潔有序、設施齊全，給我們留下深刻印象。我們4個成人入住剛剛好，當然可以住更多人，可以自己做早餐。

Location was about 7 minutes walk from the Shingu railway station. Safety was good , as each floor is accessible only based on your room number. The twin rooms were also spacious. The coin laundry was on second floor and was very convenient. The bathroom had a weird smell. Maybe , it was due to some recycled water being used in the closet . Or it could be due to the old cleaning clothes. The toiletries were also not refilled daily. You have to take the toiletries by yourself from the hotel reception. The buffet breakfast was good as it also had some local cuisine items in addition to western food items. But breakfast timings is only till 9 am, which is inadequate if you are traveling with kids

Choosing Shingu as the cross-regional travel for this Wakayama trip, the hotel selection should be said to be the most successful point. Although the Grand Hotel is relatively far from Shingu Station, it wins in its beautiful surrounding environment. A small river (Nishiichi River) is directly opposite the hotel. There is an Aeon store about one kilometer along the small river, which has rich items and can be visited. There is also a down-to-earth supermarket opposite the left side of the hotel, which is also very good. There are also many things to do around. The most attractive thing is a karaoke store mainly for students opposite the hotel, perfect 😍. The beauties and uncles at the hotel front desk are very gentle. It was a pleasant travel experience. The hotel scored 100 points. By the way, there is also a store selling Yakinshyo nearby, which is delicious 😋.

Typical Japanese hotel. Breakfast is included in the room rate and offers both Japanese and Western food. It took about ten minutes to walk to the train station. There are only a few twin rooms, most of them are king-size rooms. The staff has a good service attitude. It's a pity that there is no lift, but if necessary, the staff will help with the transportation.

日式，充滿懷舊，無論地點，設施，接待，皆無可批評。晚上屋主不留宿。當日寄存後出外直至晚上十時，讓屋主久等我們，非常抱歉。新宮車站附近的寿司老店值得一試。
