這家酒店大廳看着還行，後面進了房間就發現很多問題，窗户很多灰，椅子背陳年積灰已經將它分成兩個顏色。心想反正辦事情衹是睡個覺，沒有想到第三天12點突然被K歌震醒了，樓下KTV開始營業，老闆的解釋是服務員已經很久沒有賺錢了，所以KTV試營業。老闆還説給我換房間，換了的房間依然很震撼。沒有辦法衹能半夜退房，惡夢啊

預訂的房型説沒了，因為到店很晚了就沒聯繫客服了。這酒店主要做夜裡KTV娛樂的，房間可想而知，很吵很臟，也沒免費瓶裝水。

體驗感極差！絕對差評！有圖有真相，收拾房間把東西弄丟完全沒有誠意！
收拾了一次房間把我的一條移動電源充電線弄丟了，打電話過去前台不承認，客户丟了東西沒有承認錯誤還要推辭説可能是別的客户進房拿走了，我想説你們的房間別人可以隨便拿卡刷進去嗎？要是我不主動説賠一條估計還想不了了之。讓前台賠一條還故意賠一條壞的數據線走了之後拿來用發現根本充不進電！。兩套充電寶兩條線現在就剩一條線。絕對差評！一點細節的事情都處理不好，虧我還連住四天，第四天這服務就不行了。下次不會來了，拉黑名單。這個房的價格也是隨意改動，要不是辦事方便早換第二家了

1、早餐是有，不過要起來打電話叫送來房間是雞蛋饅頭還有一杯粗糧粥
2、房間裏面連礦泉水都要收費，不仔細看還留意不到

特別差勁，十點左右就敲門要打掃衞生，關鍵也沒請保潔進來打掃房間，敲了一下門，也不管住客有沒有回答，直接刷卡開了進來，W***SB酒店，住客在睡覺還行，要是在發生點不可描述的事情，酒店負責？
