"特別好，環境很乾凈，裝修也比較明亮，很舒服。同時預訂了金州和維也納，據説是當地最好的兩個酒店，維也納完勝，有烘乾機 熨燙機，還有機器人負責送外賣之類，感覺很方便，解決了想要東西又不好意思總麻煩前台小姐姐的心理。
特別表揚一下前台的小也，很熱情，也很耐心，nice，大晚上幫我打印文件，謝謝。"

"This hotel is really good. As a southerner, I came to Shulan for a business trip. I was shocked when I opened the door. The room was super big and I could run 😂. There was no strange smell. It was very clean and the heating was very sufficient. It was warm as soon as I entered the door. It is recommended to go to the nearby soup pool. 😊"

"衞生可乾淨了，就連衞生間死角扣的都可凈了讓的住着舒服。樓下就是最熱鬧的菜市場和逛街的市中心，下樓買了3趟東西太方便了。在樓下買了不少小吃還買了啤酒，他家一樓零食也和超市一樣太方便了。以前沒有這麼好現在還有VIP免費電視了相當棒！邊吃邊喝看了2個VIP電影感覺電影票都省了，下回就來這家了😀😀😀"
