"The location is incredibly convenient, right across the street from the train station. The hotel is quite large; it felt like I walked forever down the corridor with my luggage to find my room. The room itself was small, and when I first entered, there was a faint, indescribable smell – couldn't tell if it was from renovation or something else, but it dissipated after airing out for a bit, so it was acceptable. The bathroom was small but clean. The area around the hotel is very lively. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Florence's historic center, and the main bus terminal is right next door, making it super easy to catch a bus to Siena. In the evenings, a lot of people gather outside the bus station chatting on the street. It was a bit intimidating the first time I saw it, but I later realized it's perfectly fine to just walk past them."

"I booked a single room. It was larger than expected and I was very satisfied. The staff are very warm and friendly and happy to help you solve your problems. The location is a bit remote, and you basically need to take a car to get out. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the central square."

"The location is very good, there are restaurants nearby, not far from several major attractions in the city; we are driving by car, the road into the old town is very narrow, if the novice should pay attention to safety, do not rent a big car, turn is very inconvenient. The hotel has valet parking, the car will help you park outside the city, if you want to use the car, tell the front desk half an hour in advance; the parking fee is 48 euros a day, more expensive than Trip.com , and there is a city tax of 14 euros a day, which can be seen in the photo."

"It was my first time in Florence and found out this hotel in Trip.com. It is very close to the train station and tram stop to airport is very convenience. The hotel is not really big, may be around 10 rooms only, each room has different decoration. Many restaurants are surrounding and within walking distance. Will stay again next time."

"Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be – they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!"
