The room comfortable and view it was amazing all was good and the food the coffe the service all good my family was happy so we will visit again the place every weekend with my family and I advice all friends to come to this hotel

This is my second time at this hotel and I'm very pleased with my stay. I was there on business. The car ride from the airport was quick and convenient. I was greeted at the front desk by Mr. Timraz who was very polite and patient with me. I had a driver (Mr. Nariyan) throughout my stay and he was excellent. The car was clean and he was prompt and polite with great communication skills. The breakfast at AlBustan was tasty with lots of options but what really made it great was the staff, especially Ms. Alyssa who is always smiling and welcoming. By the third day, she asked me if I wanted a latte before I even said anything (I'm so predictable haha!) I also got an upgrade with lounge access which was a nice bonus! The room was cleaned daily (a bit darker than I would like though). The lounge was a good place to go for a cup of tea and a snack after work (all complimentary). I also want to thank Mr. Mubin at the front desk for all his help. I would happily stay here again.

First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.

The location of the hotel is not rough, it is within walking distance to two shopping malls, and it is also close to the beach, and the price is very moderate. The only thing that didn't feel good was that the hotel staff was deceptive and asked the hotel to the airport for the price, and specifically told me to double the price. Fortunately, when I was shopping, I asked the people in the mall. They said that the price was half cheaper than the hotel said, and confirmed with the customer that the price was also said by the mall staff. From the hotel to the airport, the maximum cost is 3.5-5 Kuwaiti coins. The hotel staff said that they wanted 10 yuan, and the cheapest was 7 yuan. It was a good stay, but it was ruined at the last minute.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.
