excellent place to stay, rooms clean and fresh, service great, easy access and very friendly staff. Breakfast was much better than other places stayed.

It was a good deal for the price. Room's were.clean , fridge, microwave, hot tub ,whirlpool ,breakfasl. I will stay again next time I come and visit Kansas City

The place was nasty. Smelled horrible the breakfast was nasty. The milk was spoiled. The tub in the room filled with water when you showered. I had family visit for the day and leave they charged me for them being there. Would not suggest staying.

The chlorine level was so high in the pool/hot tub, we couldn’t even use it because it was burning our lungs and eyes without even getting in the water.

Super poor shape hotel. Old, smelly, and required not only a credit card on file, but a $100 cash deposit. They needed to check the room before you check out to get your deposit back. I will stick with the hotels I usually stay at and never stray again!

There was an unexpected fee of 3 dollars at time of check in. Also a 100 dollar cash deposit was required. It would have been nice for someone to have mentioned that upfront. Plus the hotel needs work. Bathroom door was broken off hinges.
