SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Blue Springs
3.5/5100 Reviews
My son and I stayed here when he played in a tournament in Oak Grove. The hotel selection there wasn't good, so I did an Express Deal on Priceline and was given the SureStay in Blue Springs. I was not disappointed! The room and hotel were very clean. The bathroom, especially, was spotless and in great condition. We were comfortable in the room. I only wish that there had been an easy chair in the room as there was space next to one of the queen beds in the corner that could have easily fit a chair. The breakfast was adequate---nothing special but not bad either. I was able to have a biscuit with gravy and a waffle I made. However, the breakfast space isn't very big and only has one high top communal table and a couple of smaller tables that are shoved in there awkwardly. Best of all, though, was the LOCATION. This hotel is located just south of I-70 and is on the same road/area as Whataburger, Chipotle, Panda Express, Sonic, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, and so much more. I was very happy with our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
Courtyard Kansas City East/Blue Springs

We normally stay at this hotel when we travel across the country to see our parents. We have stayed there several times. My husband is Marriott Bonvoy and Platinum. When we checked in there was no thank you or welcome to the hotel. Later we tried to order food and the girl went in the back as soon as we sat down (11/17/2021). She did not tell us you had to order at the cash register and she was very rude. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. We had ate at the hotel on other stays this year. I realize it is hard to get employees these days, but was not used to this at a Marriott. The room was clean and fine. We are hoping this was an isolated incident.
Hampton Inn Kansas City/Blue Springs

I was welcomed as a Diamond member and given my choice of snacks. We were lucky to get the last room and it was on the first floor. Room was spacious and had a sofa as well as a desk and chair. There was room for much of our luggage. Breakfast was only OK since the oatmeal was soupy and on the cold side. There were plenty of other options. Check out was pleasant and responsive. Someone even gave us access to cold water after the dining area was closed.
Quality Inn & Suites Blue Springs - Kansas City

From the outside of the property, looked beautiful, in spite next door to the Harley dealership, hearing motorcycles from 8 am to 6 pm. Walking in, had to wait for the desk agent to stop folding family laundry to eventually coming to the desk. VERY RUDE. Asked for ground floor, handicap King bed room, near the exit as I’m traveling with a service dog. NOPE, put me on the second floor and no handicap king room The room was nice and clean. Went downstairs to ask for box of Kleenex , only two tissues in it. Went downstairs stairs to get another box, the assistant manager was on the phone, I understood and waited. He saw me with the empty box, threw a new box on the counter. Now I know where the rude day clerk got her training from ! As a Choice diamond member, never had I had this type of experience. Beautiful property; WORST SERVICE EVER.
Days Inn by Wyndham Blue Springs

I stayed here when all other hotels in the area were booked for a competiton, but I honestly should've just stayed in my car. There were burn marks on the comforter and suspicious stains. Everything in the bathroom was sticky. The person managing my ID and credit card at check in did not wear a mask and then sneezed into their hands while handling my things.
