Premier Inn London Bexleyheath

I can only say this place dosent seem to not fix there issues with people's probs experianced such a shame could be a nice hotel great location but def needs a makeover and to upgrade its standards this premier inn letting the side down on reputation etc

It was very lovely stay and Peter who checked me in was very professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and well presented. I was very impressed and happy with my stay. The room was also very quiet and peaceful and great nights sleep. Thank you.

Very disappointing stay. The room was boiling hot as the air con kept going off, and couldn’t open any windows. The toilet seat wasn’t fixed so kept wobbling all over the place there was no hot water in the basin so kids had to wash in freezing water as had no time for all of us to have a shower. The shower curtain was also falling down. Unfortunately it was too late when we got back to the room after a long day to ask to be moved or someone to come and try and rectify all the problems. It’s a shame as the check in staff were really nice and helpful as were the staff in the Brewers Fayre.

No hot water. Dirty room. Exhaust was broken.kept making noise. Chipped door. Noise from next door was loud.

The room was a little 'tired' with curtains that needed replacing, but otherwise clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely good (Jo) when it came to helping us out with an unexpected personal issue - so full marks to them. Sadly, breakfast was really not good. A request for 2 poached eggs resulted in a very long wait (over 10 minutes) and delivery of what can only be described as 2 very hard boiled objects which were inedible. The coffee machine was a nigh**are to work and the coffee was awful. The attitude of the reception staff was the one shining light on what was really a less than average stay.

Really helpful staff, sorted a room out for me last minute. Think the names was Peter, Josephine and Katrina. The room was exactly what you would expect and very clean. Price was good at £121 considering it was there last one on a Saturday late afternoon.

As expected , good service and value , always a good comfortable room very convenient location for Bexleyheath to meet up for a celebration

Awful from beginning to end Receptionist rude and unhelpful Asked for a manager Only to be told haha she doesn’t actually come into work! Room smelt of smoke Constant noise from fan The only good thing was the brewers fayre Emma and her team we’re perfect

Very easy to book and check in was simple and easy to do. Comfy bed and good amenities in the room and very close to town centre
