A good, inexpensive hotel 10 minutes walk from the central walking streets. Responsive staff, helped with all questions. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable mattress. The air conditioning in the room worked very poorly, the fan saved the day. The bathroom door opened inward, which made it difficult for two people. Small, cozy pool in the courtyard. A**ospheric breakfast on the roof of the hotel to choose from a menu. There is a small cozy pool in the yard, children scream there happily during the day))

Absolutely stunning property, this place really is incredible and could not fault it from the service through to the rooms we were thoroughly impressed. In our opinion it’s a 10/10 property. The staff can not do enough to help you, the rooms were spotless and well equipped and furnished - and not to mention huge! Breakfast is brilliant, the pool is great and location wise we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if in the area - thank you !

Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. The hygiene is very good and the environment is quiet. There are many geckos and small frogs in the corridor, but there are no geckos indoors. Under the protection of geckos and small frogs, there were not many mosquitoes, and none of us were bitten. Small animals appear in the house every day, 😄. On the first day, it was a little golden tree frog, and on the second day, it was a cute little sparrow (it must have stayed with us for a night, and I heard the flapping of its wings in the morning. found). For hotel breakfast, you can order pasta, noodle soup, coffee and other foods from the menu. I didn’t see it on the golf course, so I don’t know where it is hidden. The gym is available and the kids go there every day. The swimming pool is not too big, suitable for guests who are not good at swimming. The hotel's tuk-tuk bus is free one way and costs US$3 for the return trip. Be sure to prepare extra US dollars in change in Siem Reap, everything is 1 yuan or 3 yuan. Bring visa or master card. Scan code payment is basically unavailable in China. Still a little behind.

We just spent 3 nights at J7 with wife and 20 yo son and it was excellent. The beds were large and very comfortable as was the overall size of the room and bathroom. Plenty of clothes hanging and bench space. There was also a seperate seating area and bench to work on laptop. We were on 3rd floor overlooking pool with balcony table and chairs. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Nothing was too much bother for staff and they will do anything to assist you. The most polite, helpful and friendly bunch of people you will find anywhere. They also packed us a breakfast box for our early start at Angkor Wot. The hotel in in very good condition and they keep it spotlessly clean. The breakfasts we had in hotel were of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

I didn’t know there were 2 different wings in that property, anyway we were put in the “Angkor” wing, honestly please do not have very high expectation of this wing, there were mosquitoes flying all over the property, floor tiles were quite dirty & no one seem to bother about cleaning it, lobby has no air conditioning, restaurant food is ok, overall staffs are very helpful with everything, location is near the night market, so is kind of convenient if you want to head over for some reflexology or massage at night.

Very good hotel! It is worth recommending. The hotel facilities, public area environment, and service attitude cannot be said enough. The effect is the same as in the photos. Precautions: 1. Ctrip says there is a free airport pick-up, but with the opening of the new airport, this service is no longer provided. If you ask the hotel to call a taxi, it costs 35 knives. There is a bus from the airport to the city, and then you have to walk about 1 km. The price is $8 per person. If you take a taxi at the airport, you can bargain down to $25. 2. Ctrip said that it provides free 15-minute massage, but after asking, I learned that a 1-hour massage can be discounted at 20%. It seems that there is no direct free massage service. 3. The hotel swimming pool closes at 6 p.m. 4. There may be geckos in the room, but this happens in almost all hotels in Siem Reap. Remember to close the doors and windows in time. If you find a gecko, you can ask the service staff to catch it. 5. The hotel will provide free welcome drinks and refreshments, as well as free snacks every day.

I had a great experience staying at the Twitz. The staff were attentive and helpful. A special mention to Sokha at reception who always checked in and helped arrange anything I needed. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and air conditioned.

Our recent stay at Boutique Indochine was nothing short of amazing. From the very start, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were not only cozy but also thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to every palate and we're already looking forward to our next stay.

4.95 stars! A little boutique uncrowded oasis 10 mins walk to Pub Street (if that's your thing) that delivered a restful and delightful experience. A good week's research and shopping around (before settling on Agoda) meant I got a great value deal in a King Suite with breakfast included. Located down a non descript lane / street in a more residential area. On arrival my room was a ground floor King Suite but I asked for a proper balcony and moved up to the 2nd floor overlooking the welcoming pool and catching the afternoon breezes. No hassle for the staff and happy to make the change. May have been different if the hotel was full but only seemed to be at 1/3 occupancy. The room was exceptional with a full deep bath (never used). Clean and roomy and well worth the $10 extra per night (approx.) Air con unit was small but effective. Bed was firm, fresh sheets and had a great sleep for 4 nights/ Wardrobe and sitting area. Large balcony with day bed area and two seats. TV was not connected. Asked if they could connect, said they would, but didn't - no matter - did not need, such was my full days. Bottled water provided, small cold fridge and Tea and Coffee provisions (jug) Cool little bar and great bartender who doubled as waiter for lunch and dinner in the little restaurant on the 1st floor. Loved how personable it all was and the genuine friendliness of all the staff. (Have attached a sample bar and food menu) Local beers USD$1.50 a pop and cocktails USD$3 and a decent Spanish white wine by the glass at USD$3 as well. Great selection of local and western food - but I stuck with the local - fresh, well presented and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was juice, tea and coffee and 4 ”set” menu options Cereal, fruits, hot items, pastries and bread or local / Asian options. Cooked to order. A few families, couples, mates and solos were staying. Families were well behaved and had a great time playing games in the pool and at dinner - but didn't ”take over” so everyone had a great experience. Used GRAB to get everywhere - easy. Laundry USD$3 a kilo. Only downside for me is that hot water was scarce - but luke warm showers were ok - especially in this hot tropical climate. FYI - all stairs - no lift (not needed) Love to stay again, and again!
