Friendly service staff. Joined the Masterchef cooking class offered by the hotel and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Chef speaks reasonably good English and they helped to make many nice photos throughout the class. Room was comfortable and spacious. If I have to pick on something, they probably need to change the in room hairdryer.

This was a nice hotel. Had everything you need and in a good location for going sightseeing or walking to places. Nice for a medium length stay!

すごく綺麗なホテルで、お部屋も広く快適に過ごせました！
湯船も大きくて、大変ありがたかったです。
ノズル式のシャワー水圧が弱く、天井についてるシャワーだと水圧が強かったです。
朝食も種類豊富で、お味も良く大満足でした！

空調很響，住的其中一晚上隔壁的學校還開party吵得很。房間衞生一般。早餐也是很一般。
酒店前台向遊客推薦的司機和導遊都比市場上偏貴，基本貴上了17%以上。這是我們在三天的吳哥窟對比了解後知道的。即便貴了17%的市場價，也沒見得服務特別好。酒店也要賺其中的推薦費吧。出發前最好自己在小紅書上或者網絡上找好當地的導遊和車，以避免被酒店推薦狠賺一筆。
