This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.

Heathrow has always been tricky in terms of finding a good hotel pre-flight but despite not being the Ritz, the Styles hotel is very good indeed, especially at the Trip price. The room had everything for a comfortable night sleep, breakfast ( in the price) was first class and the staff were very helpful. Sipson is very close to the airport. Bus stop right outside. Two stops to T3. Don’t waste your money on a taxi! We will be back for sure.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Found hair that didn’t belong to me on the bedsheets. Location is decent and the room is very spacious. Breakfast is just average.

Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! Highly recommended! 💯👍👏👏👏

Nice little room, however spider was found in the room and the room is too far away from lift

Booked the runway view room for a night to catch an early morning flight from london heathrow. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and helped us with directions and options nearby. We had a breakfast in the restaurant which was diverse, special mention to the scrambled eggs and coffee. Really helpful and accommodating staff as it felt like we were pampered to be fed. Couldn't use the bar much but it had a nice ambience. Would love to stay at the hotel again on a future trip.
