"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable."

"Stayed for 2 nights, the room was generally clean but the bathroom had some kind of rotten egg drainage smell. Luckily the odor didn’t impact the room when keeping the bathroom door closed. Good location with easy access to Heathrow Terminal 2&3."

"Stayed for a night before flight. Booked 3 rooms for family and each room was opposite ends of the hotel, you couldn't get much further apart! 2 rooms pretty standard one room felt like it hadn't been used in a long time, lots of little moths in the room and large dust particles in the air, the bathroom could do with some tlc as the wall covering in the bath was coming off and some holes in the tiles could be filled and the sealant on the bottom of the glass shower screen could do with replacing or cleaning and a light bulb needs changing. It w a little disappointing as stayed 2 months earlier and room was nice and felt new had everything in the room including shoe cleaning kits and sewing kit"

"The hotel was clean and looked quite new. The bed was comfortable and well-maintained. The receptionist was helpful and provided useful information about the early bus and taxi schedules. The location was a bit farther than we expected—you’ll need to take a bus from the main terminal to get there. Thankfully, the staff at the bus terminal were very helpful and made the process easier."

"Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached. Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏 Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good. Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok"

"NO BIDET. / PRO: good wifi. Spacious room. Bus to airport in front of reception. Great staff. CON: no convenience store around so only option is to dine in. We had a leaking sink but they gave us towels so we won’t slip."

"I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person) The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel.  Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable. The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels) I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice."
