As they describe the apar**ents on the site they are not actually the same, I paid for 6 days for a dated apar**ent on the site it doesn't exist, when we arrived at the hall they told us that our accommodation is 150 meters away not there which was nice on the sea ​​where you could see it on the site, without accompanying us 3 times we look for it but we don't find it, we are very angry we return to the hall asking someone to accompany us we finally get there after 1.5 km no 150 m. Dirty old entrance door smells of cat pee (cats everywhere) we enter this disgusting large apar**ent, semi empty room with sea view, a disgusting sofa, a table that creaked when moving, all furniture with TV but the good thing is that the TV was an ornament and was not connected there was no antenna or power socket, all the sockets were disconnected for fear of taking on electricity, the kitchen was dirty, the encrusted steel sink and everything else, the room had a drawer in the disgusting wardrobe left in my hand, resting it on the floor and remained for the entire stay, the old bathroom encrustations everywhere dirty only skinny people can take a shower in that tiny bathroom, non-drinkable water in the bathroom. Look at the reviews before booking even because they want the money straight away and then you find these rip-offs. They rent apar**ents to be renovated, it is unthinkable to rent in this state they are dishonest, and yes they should concern hygiene and cleaning after covid! I was in the dumps for 6 days! I would say that after this negative experience I will never go back again and I do not recommend this place to anyone, look for something else as there are some very nice ones in the area! Disappointed and disgusted! Ortigia is beautiful but poorly maintained!

The only positive note was the availability, kindness and professionalism of Florinda and Giuseppe (but what are they doing in that place). We were already scared before leaving, given the reviews, but since it had been chosen by the school for our trip we couldn't do anything but hope until the end. We arrived and, upon entering the room, the situation was already clear: the floor was full of dust, like every other surface, while the terrace was instead similar to a beach, given the amount of sand present, probably brought in for months and months by previous guests. There was also a barbecue, the color of which was not visible as the surface was covered in a thick layer of dust. the refrigerator was rusty on the outside and we didn't have the courage to open it. The bathroom was a disaster: the water didn't go down in the sink and we had to wash our faces and teeth in the kitchen, the shower hasn't been cleaned properly for weeks if not months, given the encrustations and limescale, not to mention the open shampoo sachet and used which we found as a welcome gift inside. But the worst is yet to come... the toilet flush didn't work and we had to be clever and use a (cracked) basin found by chance to let the water go down. Recommended only for those who don't care about their hygiene
