Great service experience ever by Phillicia and Camille and Allen. They was friendly and over the top with a WOW family a**osphere attitude. I will Definitely come back to visit. I am in love with this hotel and the people. Love it and live it up

My family lost everything in a house fire. We stayed here for a month and I could write a book on everything this hotel staff has done for me and my family. They welcomed us with open arms and have been absolutely perfect!! Camille, Judy, Allen, Erica, Phylicia, and Katelyn made us feel like we were at home. I will recommend this hotel to anyone ever looking to stay in Murfreesboro. We love them so much that we will be back to stay for a few days just to visit them❤️ thank you so so so much for everything! We love our Hotel Family🥰

Stayed here for a week. While the building is great and the staff is friendly, I am writing about the disappointing issues we had. 1) Our room was not clean. There was milk splatter all over kitchen tables legs that were never wiped clean, toothpaste splatter on back wall over bathroom sink that was never wiped clean, then splatter on the bathroom wall by the shower . I personally had to go buy wipes and wiped all of this myself. 2) The HVAC registers were covered in thick dust. 3) The wall behind my bed was covered in thick dust. I did not dare look under the bed! 4) The daily breakfast was very disappointing. Over 7 days, only had eggs once, bacon once, sausage patties twice. Way too many carbs. Same scones, blubbery muffins repeated daily. Same things over and over. Never any bagels, or other breads to toast. Blueberry muffins were the only choice for 5 days and good chocolate muffin over the weekend. The breakfast staff were often standing around talking to each other instead of paying attention to refilling constantly empty items. For the price we paid for this hotel, it should have been a lot cleaner and a better breakfast assor**ent.

Nashville Residence Inn. Dirty room with poor cleaning standards. Bed sheet had embedded dirt stains. Small quartz table top by sofa had food stains. Drinking glass in room was not washed and had stains. Shower had black mold on wall tiles.

The inside is beautiful it smell amazing Camille was the sweetest manager I ever met in my life she was so helping she was adorable she asked us every day how we were doing do we need anything the furniture the new bedrooms were beautiful I love to stay I love the fact that I was able to wash my clothes I was so happy I was able to get all my needs met I give them a five-star if I could give more I would I'm so thankful you guys took great care of us Camille Chester I can't say enough good about her she is the sweetest person I've ever met she was nice to my children my family the breakfast was amazing it was hot and fresh every morning that we were there we were able to get everything we needed and more highly recommend this hotel to my family I will stay nowhere else when I come to murphysboro Tennessee but you guys is hotel the residence inn has met every quality that should be met and I am so grateful for you guys thank you thank you thank you thank you best rest ever

Miss Judy was an angel and made our breakfast such an experience. Made me feel at home! Helped me get all the food for my friends and life advice in general. She is the most kind hotel worker I’ve ever met! She even was checking on us at the table!!

Hotel lobby is lovely. They are remodeling the floors. We stayed in a newer room on the 4th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Judy in the breakfast area made us hot, delicious fresh waffles. She's a delight!

We arrived late to the hotel, and Lexi was amazing. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our group. Lexi was able to upgrade us to a really great room. I highly recommend the residence Inn. Beautiful renovated lobby! You won’t be disappointed.

The woman who checked me in was wonderful! Very welcoming & professional. When I went to shower in the morning, I noticed that the toiletries in the shower did not include any body wash. Instead, there were two shampoos & a conditioner. The woman who answered my call to ask if there should be body wash, advised me I could stop by the front desk & pick up body wash, if I wanted some. As I was traveling on business, I did not have time to dress, walk to the front desk, get the body wash, & return to my room. I will make sure I have time to find another Marriott property to stay at the next time I need to visit Murfreesboro. I have included photos showing there were two shampoos & that neither of the pumps had been cleaned prior to my arrival. You can clearly see white residue from a previous guest, which seemed odd to me, as the shampoo is a clear liquid. I ended up having to use the small bar of hand soap, as they do not provide any bath soap.
