"The breakfast selection is limited with little changes. Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff."

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

GGuest UserWhile staying here, you can use the various outdoor hot spring facilities. It's a shame the weather suddenly turned too cold, so we didn't get to use the children's facilities in the swimming pool. Even though it's a heated kids' pool, it's outdoors, so it was still quite chilly. However, there are plenty of other hot spring pools, as well as steam rooms and saunas, so you can soak from morning till night 😬.
The best part was that breakfast is served until 1 PM. You can enjoy it after a morning soak in the hot springs, or sleep in a bit longer and then head down. The latest you can enjoy it is 1 PM, and then you can head off to explore other places after eating! 😍
The kids had a blast!

Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

AAnonymous UserThe room and bathtub were both very spacious, and the environment was clean and tidy. There's parking available for both cars and scooters. Staying on the 8th floor, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows would probably be beautiful on a clear day, allowing you to enjoy the scenery right from bed. It's just a shame it was rainy when I visited. Overall, it was a great experience! I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the sound of water running, so the soundproofing is excellent!

AAndy Chien88The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with new facilities. Our one-night stay was very comfortable. The kids' play area had a huge ball pit, which our children absolutely loved. We didn't get a chance to use the spa on the first floor, but it looked well-equipped and clean for a soak, which I imagine would be a great experience. We look forward to visiting again. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserStayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times.
The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there.
The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest.
The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right behind Jiaoxi's bustling main street, so you can just step out and go shopping – super convenient! The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks provided by the hotel also kept us well-fed. Parking was easy with free in-and-out access, and the front desk service was attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only minor drawback was that the floor-to-ceiling window in the family room's bathroom and the toilet window faced a neighboring building from the side, which slightly compromised privacy, a bit of a shame.

GGuest UserI've stayed here four or five times already, and it's definitely worth revisiting. It's my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Jiaoxi. They have a kids' play area downstairs, and the rooms have large beds, perfect for two adults and two children. The public hot spring pool is clean, and the staff are very polite.

劉劉旭維1. The bathtub in the bathroom had cracks, causing the water to drain out, and the sharp edges posed a risk of cuts.
2. Whether it was a pre-booking phone inquiry or check-in communication, the customer service staff consistently used the excuse, ”Because you booked through a third-party platform...” Aren't those third-party bookings still sales made by your hotel? I've recently stayed at IHG group hotels and never experienced such differential treatment. The service quality of the Westin staff needs significant improvement.
3. There was no staff patrolling the women's nude hot spring area. Some guests brought four children who were allowed to play loudly and splash water without anyone intervening, causing discomfort to other guests.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Shangri-La Hotel was unexpectedly delightful. It happened to be raining, so it was great to be able to enjoy the hot springs right inside the hotel, complete with complimentary snacks. We even got to watch a movie!
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The next morning, I had a blast taking beautiful photos while dressed in traditional palace attire. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it's perfect for families.
