CCongtouA truly satisfying room for the whole family! You can walk straight out to the pool from the door, which is amazing. The kids had a blast with all the water activities. It was also lovely to be able to order drinks by the pool. The breakfast was very generous and all freshly made. I've already recommended it to friends!

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful hotel. We booked a room for two adults, even though we had two adults and one child (8 years old). They didn't charge extra for the child for the room or breakfast, which is good to know – we just showed all three passports at check-in. We arrived at 11 AM and were able to check in early. After downloading the hotel app, we headed straight to the waterpark. Around 3 PM, the official check-in time, we received a notification that our room key was ready. I highly recommend checking in early if you can; when I went to collect the key at 3 PM, the lobby was packed, and the check-in line was incredibly long. The front desk staff was very friendly; when I asked for a high floor, they readily agreed. However, I soon realized that the floor level doesn't really matter here – every room offers stunning views of the pool and the ocean, even those on the sides. I had booked a non-cancellable room three months in advance, and later found out the price dropped by 800. To my surprise, after contacting Trip.com, they actually refunded the difference after our stay – what a pleasant surprise! There aren't many dining options right outside the hotel. On our first day, we ate pizza and other things at the hotel, which was a bit pricey. Getting tired of that, on the second day, we tried a street food stall right outside the main gate. They made some incredibly delicious stir-fried dishes – highly recommended! It's just one stall by the entrance, easy to find. The service wasn't the best, but the food was fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-10 minute walk away. This hotel is definitely the best choice if you're traveling with kids.

GGuest UserThe room arrangements were pretty good, and the service was excellent. However, whatever you do, avoid the hotel's in-house massage service. We booked a massage, and my boyfriend and I were in the same room. I looked over and saw his masseuse using her arm to press his leg while picking her nails, and she kept talking to us in Chinese, constantly interrupting our relaxation. After the massage, she kept asking, 'Do you have a tip? Do you have a tip?' Seriously, Chinese don't lie to Chinese; I'm telling you the truth. Plus, the massage wasn't as professional as those found in the streets and alleys; only the ambiance was good. There's a durian stall nearby, which is nice, and a 7-Eleven too. Upstairs, there's an all-you-can-eat hot pot with delicious beef. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but taxis are easy to get, though they cost about ten or so extra. Breakfast was just average.

GGuest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserI highly recommend everyone vacationing in Pattaya to stay here. The overall service is excellent, and it's very clean. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small with the two beds very close together, but it's truly beautiful. Of course, the front desk staff sometimes gives you strange looks, which can be a bit annoying, but it's understandable – nobody really wants to be at work. After all, it's not super expensive, so I won't nitpick!

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us.
