BBulilannafoyuwentaiMy family and I stayed in the two-bedroom Sapphire Pool Villa at The Gem Pool Villas Pattaya during the Chinese New Year, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. From the service and environment to the smallest details, everything was impressive. It's safe to say this has been one of the most satisfying resort choices in recent years. **Service Experience: Warm, Thoughtful, and Welcoming** Even with a significant number of guests during Chinese New Year, the service team maintained incredibly high responsiveness and patience. From guiding us at check-in to attending to our daily needs, the staff consistently wore smiles and proactively offered help, allowing us to genuinely feel the meticulousness and warmth of Thai service. It's especially worth mentioning that the hotel also created a cozy festive atmosphere during Chinese New Year, making us feel at home even when abroad. **Breakfast Experience: Exquisite, Diverse, and Daily Surprises** Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Not only was there a rich variety, but the menu changed daily with hardly any repetition. From traditional Thai noodle soup and mango sticky rice to pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets, the quality was consistently excellent. Staying for several days, we woke up every morning with anticipation, and our child absolutely loved it too. **Environment and Design: Grand, Elegant, and Full of Holiday Vibes** * **Inside the Villa:** The two-bedroom layout offered expansive space, with a design that blended modern aesthetics with a resort feel. I particularly loved the living room area (as shown in Figures 1 & 2), where large glass windows brought natural light indoors. The pool and lush greenery were just outside the window, making dining or relaxing at the table feel incredibly open and uplifting. The decorative floral arrangements on the table, the exquisite chandeliers, and the wooden furniture all reflected the hotel's tasteful aesthetic. * **Hotel Public Areas:** The path leading from the villa to the public areas (as shown in Figure 4) was surrounded by dense tropical plants, like a stroll through a tranquil rainforest, offering great privacy. The hotel entrance at night (as shown in Figure 3) had warm lighting and was shaded by trees, embodying both the relaxation of a resort and the serenity of home. **Facilities and Details: Quality Online, Meeting All Family Needs** The villa came with its own pool, and the water quality was excellent, allowing us to jump in and cool off anytime. The kitchen facilities were fully equipped, suitable for simple meal preparation. Overall, it was very well-maintained, with new furniture and bathroom fixtures, and meticulous hygiene. The two bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, each with an independent bathroom, making it very convenient for families. **Conclusion** If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing resort in Pattaya that doesn't prioritize sightseeing, The Gem Pool Villas is definitely recommendable. It might not be right on the busiest beach, but this tranquility, combined with attentive service, thoughtful breakfasts, and a beautiful environment, truly made for a perfect vacation. It's especially suited for families or two to three friends traveling together – sunbathing by the private pool, strolling along the green paths, and chatting late into warm, lit-up nights – that's what 'holiday vibes' are all about.

AAnonymous UserIt is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already. Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

GGuest UserThe staff are very nice and professional. The breakfast is very good with big selection of dishes. Restaurant serves food all day - I found the menu food so so, but the price was fair. Main swimming pool is reasonable size Room was very clean, but I couldn't stand the purple decor. The mattress was also too soft for me. I didn't like the location - between Pattaya and Jomtien - some may see this as an advantage

SSmokeyjoeAmari Pattaya, located right by Pattaya Beach Road, is arguably one of the most impressive family-friendly resort hotels I've experienced in recent years. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until check-out, everything from the facilities and service quality to the overall atmosphere showcased the expected standards and refinement of a five-star establishment. Upon arrival, the first thing that caught my eye was the spacious welcome driveway surrounded by lush green landscaping. Passing through the double automatic doors, the lobby, with its two-story-plus ceiling height, immediately conveyed the hotel's grandeur. The air was filled with a subtle floral and fruity scent, complemented by a refreshing welcome drink that instantly melted away the fatigue of a long journey. From the check-in process onwards, you could feel the hotel's intention to create a sense of occasion and a privileged experience for guests. Our deluxe twin suite was equally satisfying. The room was incredibly spacious, with an overall layout that balanced comfort and practicality. In addition to a private balcony overlooking the sea, the room was well-equipped with comprehensive living amenities. The separate wet and dry bathroom design, independent bathtub and shower area, large-capacity wardrobe, generous luggage storage space, and ample charging outlets and reading lights all made an extended stay much more convenient. Even the quality of the room slippers was impressive; their material and comfort clearly surpassed the disposable ones often found in similar-class hotels. These small details show that the hotel put significant effort into its room planning. If you were to ask me what Amari Pattaya's most attractive feature is, I would undoubtedly say: ”the pool area.” After check-in, if the room isn't ready yet, guests can head to the pool area to use the facilities. This pool and waterslide complex is practically a paradise for families with children. The entire space isn't just a simple large pool like traditional hotels; instead, it creates a rich flow of movement through varying levels, pathways, and water slides. For children, it's more like a water adventure park. Descend a staircase, go through a slide, turn a corner, and you'll discover another play area, with each section full of exploration fun. Even adults can easily find their own relaxing corner within it. Even more commendable is the overall maintenance quality. The cleanliness of the pools, changing rooms, and public restrooms was excellent. There was absolutely no lingering urine smell common in large public pools, nor any pungent, excessive chlorine odor. The floors were kept clean and dry, making the overall experience very comfortable. Several towel stations were also set up in the outdoor area, continuously providing freshly dried, subtly scented bath towels. Children could immediately wrap themselves in warm towels after getting out of the pool, a thoughtful and attentive service that truly made an impression. Beyond the pool, the Kids' Club is another facility well worth recommending. Although not particularly large in scale, it's rich in content. From coloring pages, simple craft materials, dress-up toys, and children's picture books to the kids' favorite PlayStation consoles, everything is available. More importantly, the overall environment is exceptionally well-maintained. Whether it's the floor, tables, or the toys themselves, everything is kept clean, tidy, and spotless. Another lasting impression was made by the two Kids' Club staff members. They showed immense patience and care towards every child entering the playroom, whether it was proactively offering toys, interacting with the children, or assisting with tidying up the environment. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed being with children, rather than just performing a job. I believe most parents would give such service a very high rating. Regarding its location, Amari Pattaya is almost impeccable. The hotel is situated along Pattaya's busiest Beach Road, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. The surrounding area boasts numerous convenience stores, unique restaurants, and tourist attractions, with the highly popular Terminal 21 Pattaya also within walking distance. Along Beach Road, you can easily hail a 'songthaew' (local shared taxi) at any time, making it convenient to travel to Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, or other attractions. For independent travelers, there are virtually no significant drawbacks concerning transportation and daily amenities. Breakfast is served at the hotel's Ayara restaurant. The restaurant offers continuous service from 6 AM to 10 AM daily, so even if you want to sleep in, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. In addition to the typical Western breakfast options found in five-star hotels, the menu also includes hot dishes like freshly cooked Thai noodles and made-to-order omelets, all of stable quality. The most interesting feature is a specially designed children's buffet area, decorated with cute animal shapes carved from watermelon, which not only attracts children's attention but also demonstrates the hotel's dedication to the family traveler market. Overall, Amari Pattaya's greatest strength isn't just its luxury, but how thoroughly it delivers on the concept of a 'family vacation.' From the room design, pool planning, and Kids' Club to the breakfast and the meticulous details in public spaces, you can feel that the hotel genuinely considers the needs of families with children. If you're traveling to Pattaya with children and want to balance convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and comfortable accommodation quality, I believe Amari Pattaya is definitely one of the top five-star resort hotels in Pattaya city worth considering.

JJujuexiangcaixnThe environment here is fantastic, and both pools are super comfortable. Their spa is particularly renowned; guests even travel from Bangkok, Thailand, specifically for holidays, weddings, and spa treatments. If you stay here, you absolutely must experience their spa – personally, I think it offers better value than spas in Bangkok or Phuket. The spa facility is right next to the hotel, with a great ambiance, excellent service, and professional therapists. The hotel service is also top-notch. While it's not within walking distance of the beach or shopping malls, taxis are quick and convenient. Plus, there are some delicious and affordable local restaurants on the street directly opposite the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

SSElviraSWe stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere. For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice. Our only wish is that there will always be available rooms… because we already know we will want to come back again and again ❤️

GGuest UserThe location is great, and I really enjoyed the sea view room. I do have a couple of suggestions though: there was a slight odor from the shower drain, so the hotel might want to look into that. Also, the room lighting was a bit dim; it's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer something brighter. The cleanliness was okay, not exceptionally spotless. For those looking to book, especially my fellow ladies, I want to note that the drain smell was a bit of a concern for me, and I'm not sure if it's an issue in all rooms; I stayed in a sea view king room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and vacation is all about having fun! 🥳

GGuest UserThe hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
