"I took a room with breakfast package (which is clearly marked when booking on the site) + proof on my receipt but I was told that breakfast is not included. I did show the receipt indicating this but the information the hotel received was not correct indicating that no breakfast. They don't want to hear too much. Anyway, so as not to make a fuss about it, I said OK.
If I knew, I took another formula. A little disappointing from trip.com"

"Clean and welcoming environment. Normal breakfast inside the structure on the ground floor. Small terrace pool. Nearby many pubs and restaurants. Room on the top floor 5th"
"The hotel staff was great, helping us at all times with parking and the areas to visit. My wife was pregnant and they provided us with food options adapted to her at all times, the beds were very comfortable and the area, despite being a party area, did not make any noise."

"The neighborhood is super well located and dynamic, close to everything!
The roof top, swimming pool and bar are great, but the view is a little spoiled by the buildings being built around.
The staff is very welcoming and responds quickly to any request.
Pay attention to breakfast times, if you are unfortunate enough to show up at 10:01 a.m., you will not be entitled to any coffee...
The rooms are comfortable, equipped with a small individual terrace, very practical, but we did not have hot water pressure in the shower, which is a shame.
The neighborhood is nice
And we never had a problem parking for free around the hotel during our entire stay.
I recommend !"
"I stayed in the hotel during a language trip. It is older but well maintained. Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are very clean, have everything you need and are spacious. But they are basic. The pool is good and clean.
Negative: the room doors feel like paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallway at night.
The simpler restaurant is good, but the staff are rude: you come for a nightcap at 11 p.m. and you are no longer served. If you ask, they only serve guests of the expensive restaurant.
You should skip breakfast. Coffee is crap, scrambled eggs from a tetra pack..."
"The hotel is nice and well located. Depending on your trip intentions moving by public transport takes minimum a ride of 30 mins so if you want to just relax this hotel is a great option. The rooms smelled like humidity and they should look into repairing it specially if it goes through the furniture (the side of the kitchen on my apartment was pretty bad) and the sea room I was given had no sea view due to other buildings. The staff is extremely nice and helpful a d willing to help if anything happens.
The hotel itself is quite big and the rooms/apartments are great, but they need renovation. Other than that I had a great time!"

Great
TTajul Islam05This hotel was definitely amongst some of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
There were many positives to name so I'll start off with the building itself: quietly situated near a residential area with food and shopping nearby.
The hotel has its own underground garage, though spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis, but still, to have an on-site guest parking is definitely a huge thumbs up.
The room was immaculately clean, well decored, with a generous sized living and washroom, and also a lovely balcony which was a bonus.
The breakfast buffet was very good too, had a lot of selections, very enjoyable food and a live kitchen for all your omlette needs. I'd go as far as saying the breakfast is definitely worth paying for, and is far better than some higher branded chains that I'd been to.
The only drawback, and I'm only really nitpicking here, was the wash the basin. Because of the way the basin was designed, it's almost level flat, so when brushing teeth, the waste just sits there which can be frustrating. The other issue I found was, the shower cubicle isn't really watertight, so you're left with a puddle of water for everytime a shower is taken.
But like I said, these are just all nitpicks and doesn't in anyway deter from the fact that the hotel is deserved of a 5* review.
So the question remains for me to ask is, would I stay here again? Of course I would. Would I recommened friends and family? In a heartbeat!
Well done Best Western Premier, Malta 👏🏽. Keep up the good work.
AAnonymous UserThe room was impressive and super comfortable. We took the one that contains 2 bedrooms. It has also 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It is not close to valletta or st. julian neighborhood with public transportation but with taxi yes. We found everything that we need. It has a rooftop with a good sunrise view also.
GGuest UserVery clean, good food. But the room with sofa bed is too small, the bathroom is very small, and the accessible room does not have a sea view.
JJiwon RubyOverall the hotel wasn't bad~~ The breakfast was ok and the room was ok! The staff were very kind. We couldn't go to the pool because we were tired, but the pool atmosphere was nice and the songs kept coming out, so it was exciting~~ The surrounding infrastructure was a little poor, but we were able to easily go to other places, so we were satisfied. Do it~
GGuest UserBasically a great place to stay.
There is a kettle in the room, as well as instant coffee, tea, and sugar. Hair dryer and refrigerator, toiletries include shower gel (shampoo and body) and soap. It was a beautiful room. The indoor pool was lukewarm and just right, and the sauna was also nice. Breakfast also includes salads, several types of bread, and a lot of food (*dishes and breads are boiled every day*, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, quiche, croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish. Other sweets have also changed little by little), especially bacon. The sausages were delicious. There was also a coffee machine and juicer, which seemed to be sufficient. The location is also very good, just a few minutes from the beach. The surrounding restaurants also looked good. The lounge is also beautiful.
The weak point is that the staff is a bit rushed. At breakfast, I was asked multiple times if I could take down the unused plates, and an hour before check-out I was asked when I could start cleaning. And then there's the noise in the hallway. Speech sounds can be heard quite a lot. I think it depends on the location and other guests.
AAnonymous UserThe price is much lower than other accommodations with the same conditions on the island and there are no flaws. It can be said that the cost performance is extremely high. It is perfect for just overnight rest. The infrastructure is relatively complete, there is a balcony, the air conditioning is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, the hygiene is also good, the service is very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, there are McDonald's Pizza Hut and many supermarkets nearby, and it is also convenient to walk to the beach. The bus stop takes a while to get there, but there are many routes and it is convenient to travel. Although the location looks far on the map, it is very OK to take the bus from the airport.
The only drawback is that the hot water on the fifth floor is relatively small, and there is no shower gel and shampoo.
SSandra Sánchez RedínThe simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly.
