"A hotel worth recommending. Since I haven't traveled well for more than three years, I specially chose this resort hotel for relaxation and healing during the itinerary. Everything is satisfactory, beautiful scenery, delicious food, and enjoying the SPA. The feeling of physical and mental pleasure."
"Excellent location if you like higher area, very clean room perfect view, be aware of they do not have ac in the rooms , so if you’re from Florida be prepared on the summer to fell some heat inside the room and they also offer a portable ice box if still available bc its first come first served. They do not have enough for everyone."

"I booked this hotel for my son. Since I am in China, he wanted to celebrate his daughter’s first year birthday at Tahoe. He sent some photos I will share. He said everything was great."
"Very good location with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe.
Parking fee incomprehensible for hotel guests, as you can quickly find a free parking space on the Californian side.
Additional fee per night at check-in is nonsense and only causes trouble. Why is the total price not shown in full when booking???????
Steam sauna has been out of service for months. The dry sauna is in very poor condition and the temperature was much too low.
The nicotine fumes from the casino area are disturbing."
"The room has been renovated, the bathroom is not old, and overall it is good. The shower water pressure is very low, and the water was not hot enough on the first night. The parking lot is charged. The environment looks like it has been abandoned for a while, with thick dust and garbage."
"It is a motel that has been refurbished, and the decoration is very trendy. The room is very warm, with heating and cooling air-conditioning and gas-fired heating embedded in the wall. There is still sound when the heating starts, but it is much quieter than the heating under the window. The location is not bad, in the downtown area of South Lake Tahoe, you can walk to the entrance of the heavenly cable car if you go skiing. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was medium to soft but comfortable. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of noise after going to bed at night, heavy footsteps in the corridor, knocking on doors in other rooms, etc. There is no microwave in the room, and there is a charge for using the microwave in the restaurant. The motel is very good, but if the budget is sufficient, try to live in a better place."
"The room was clean, there was a sofa bed, and there was a door between the living room and the room, which was why I chose this hotel. Because I stayed for two consecutive days, they didn't change the sheets, which I was dissatisfied with. The room attendant emphasized that they couldn't change them. Someone helped us park the car. Once we were going out and checked in at the service desk, but the car didn't come after 20 minutes. When we asked, it turned out that we forgot to give the key to the service staff. The funniest thing was that a few minutes later, someone else's car was given to me. Then I went to talk again, and finally got my own car. It took half an hour, and no one in charge came out to apologize. I don't know that the resort fee is charged for providing such poor service."
"Perfect location location location if you’re going there for a luxury resort, keep looking if you’re going there for to have fun outside the room this is a place to be it’s a little dated a little worn out. It’s a little facelift but you get your moneys worth front desk very accommodating. Have a great time."
