"Very clean and the room is oversized. The hotel is close to the road and noisy, but communicated with the hotel early and reserved a quietest room, and there are disabled facilities in this room. Although it is not available, it is very considerate."

"The hotel is close to the highway and the rooms are very clean. It is 2 kilometers away from the center of Stawell. There are McDonald's nearby. Free parking is available. If you go to Halls Gap or Silo Art Trail, it is a good choice"

Environment: It is very awkward on the side of the road. The large truck keeps passing by in the middle of the night. If the sound of the sputum can't sleep, don't book this hotel.

"There is parking. The facilities are older and look like the style of 30 years ago. The bottoms of frying pans and small pots are uneven and a bit rusty, but they look clean. The bathroom exhaust fan sounds loud, right on the side of high-speed roads and heavy vehicles. After a bit noisy"

GGuest UserUnexpectedly comfortable! The room is spacious, the kitchenware is complete, and the bedding is comfortable. It is so comfortable to enjoy the massage chair and bathtub after climbing the mountain! There are often dozens of ducks playing in the small pond outside the French window, kangaroos jumping on the lawn from morning to night, and flocks of parrots and beautiful birds.

LluxfowlReally loved my stay at NRMA Halls Gap!! It’s really clean! They even had heated beds, but one side is unplugged, without a plug nearby.
There’s a car lot available right beside the villa. Makes unloading our stuff really easy and accessible.

YYeoArrived late and it was easy as they left the keys and instructions at the reception. Cabin was clean. Appliances are ok except they have this tiny TV which is really outdated. Would be great if they a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedroom instead of just one in the living area. It was quite noisy and should upgrade. as a one night stay it was ok but would have to consider if staying longer.

Rooms are large and clean. Shower head is the huge rainfall one. Water was nice and hot
Heated blanket on bed with an aircon unit in the room. Has a TV as well.
Overall the staff were really nice and I’d rate this 4/5 for motels. Would recommend the ‘superior’ rooms. Loved this place overall

GGuest UserThe friendly welcome really stood out. The room was clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The gardens are vast and the location is amongst trees. A very enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserWe arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone.
After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room.
Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out.
I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while.
We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..
