"Decent stay, but very small rooms The location is okay—not the best, but quiet enough. One big advantage is the tram stop right outside, which makes getting around very convenient. The room itself was quite small, but the biggest issue was the bathroom, especially the shower—it was extremely cramped. That said, for what it offers, the price is reasonable."

"A little disappointed compared to the brand and price. I arrived at the hotel at around 3pm. The front desk needed to confirm whether the room was cleaned before checking in. I went to the bathroom and rested in the lobby for 5 minutes before going to the front desk to confirm that I could check in. The wireless network experience was not good"

"There are many stairs in the hotel, high and low, the wood outside the door is sounded by walking, the sound insulation, the equipment is very old, the only advantage is to see the church view, but the bell will be very three-dimensional, there is a stairway at the door of the hotel, and there is an elevator after the 2nd floor."

"The hotel is 100 meters away from the train station, just across the road. The cleanliness is OK, it has a sense of design, and the mattress is comfortable, but the elevator is very small, and can only take one person and one luggage at a time. I don't like the iron coffee table, and the bedside table is also iron. There is only a picture outside the window."

WWee LoonLocation of the hotel is strategic as I was looking for a hotel near the train station as I didn’t wanna haul my two big heavy suitcases further than that, and for that I had a next train to catch near noon time. While the room and the bathroom were not big, they were sufficient. Other than that, there was not a lot of other facilities to mention. The reception staffs could have put on more friendly faces actually which would make the staying experience more pleasant. I am not sure why there was a need to press the door bell so that the counter staff could open the door every time when entering the hotel. Worth mentioning is the higher than expected break first. Breads, coffee, cheese, cereal, fruits etc were all provided and they tasted great. For the price point, I think it is great for value.

NNooshinThe room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.

Below are some suggestion for improvement :- There are no lockers in the rooms. There is no pantry (Common place) or facility to warm the food or water. The room doors are quite noisy. I guess they should install a soft closing mechanism as some people can be insensitive to others' comfort, even at night time. Housekeeping is not regular (Daily) even if you stay for a week. For showers, there is no Temperature control. Personally, I found the water relatively cold.

WWilson MC LimI had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day. Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

RRenlordThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable. - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

Mmorganlobabthe hotel room is big enough and clean. we did not use the kitchen, but I can see that it has everything you need for basic cooking. we cannot park in the hotel but there is a indoor parking facility . just 12 euro for overnight and it is ok. if you prefer, parking outside the hotel is free.
