Manchester Salford Media City

Extremely happy with our recent stay at this hotel. We enjoy staying at Premier Inn's all over the country when visiting from Jersey and this hotel didn't let us down. Great location with cafes, restaurants and a co-op near by, not forgetting the tram line directly into the city centre, this was a bonus! Our flights arrived in Manchester at 8am and we headed straight to the hotel. We knew our room wouldn't be ready but they were extremely accomodating and looked after our rucksacks so we could explore the city luggage free. We then arrived back late after a trip to the Trafford Centre and check in was easy and the staff were polite. Breakfast in the morning was good, the usual Premier Inn breakfast. Adults paid and kids eat free is such a good deal. The icing on the cake was a lovely note left by the housekeeping team with a packet of sweets for the kids, this was extremely nice of them. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Manchester. Thank you Premier Inn.

Wonderful hotel , hotel was lovely and clean and in a lovely location lovely for a nice walk with my husband around Salford Quays. Evening meal was delicious as was breakfast, the staff was very helpful especially the lovely cleaner Jade nothing was to much trouble for her or any of the reception staff, we will be returning in a couple of months, we look forward to to returning.

Clean quiet and the staff very friendly. Food is good both breakfast and evening meals ideal location for media city. Parking is right next next door. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The rooms start from the 7th floor so if you don't like lifts you may struggle.

I really liked the location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and stocked, the parking meter has a discount with the hotel, The team is very friendly, they always say hello and helped me a lot, Check in was very fast and the explanations they gave us were very easy to understand.

Excellent staff at this well located Premier Inn. Our room on the top floor was very clean, quiet and had an excellent wet room, as we requested. Shout out to James and the housekeeping team for a great job well done. We visited the Lowry museum and theatre, Imperial War Museum and Outlet shopping. All within easy walking distance. We chose this hotel to visit Old Trafford Stadium. It was approx 20 minute walk which was perfect. Very welcoming and super helpful staff. Car park next door which seemed secure and discounted rate via hotel. Room was comfy, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Excellent value for money. Would recommend.

Ripped off because it was match night The place is dark and dreary. The Beefeater looks very unappealing. I went to a cafe

I highly recommend Premier Inn for their exceptional customer service, exemplified by Mike and Shelter's professionalism and attentiveness.

The staff are superb .. friendly, professional, knowledgeable in particular Mike Emma, Lizzie Sarah,Jade, Home from home but better! would recommend very pleasant stay. My only criticism is having to go through the centralised number for certain requests which was long winded with wait times. A company issue not Media City branch issue. It is difficult to book online website has restrictions
