I'm sorry that I didn't take any photos or information about the hotel, because I don't think I can take a good photo in every place, but the only thing that touched me was the warm smiles and perfect service of the waiters. Booked a night on 2/25 with trip coins! Take the 15:00 win tour bus from Chiang Mai and arrive at 20:15! Great place, we liked everything, very comfortable guest house. It’s literally a 1-minute walk from the bus station, so it’s very inconvenient to come here and leave further from here. In general, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. Some less experienced people may be a little surprised by toilets without a tank and the bathroom in general, but for us this is not a problem, everything is familiar. We also rented a motorbike right here for 250 baht, went for a ride and looked at the Ruins, everything was great. In general, I definitely recommend this place for budget travelers. The only small drawback and advice to the owners is to translate all the information in the room into English. We saw the menu there, but it was entirely in Thai, and we didn’t immediately understand that these were breakfasts that could be ordered, we found out about it too late.

Cheap hotel in front of the bus station. Room condition according to price.
There are 3 people and there is an extra bed, a small folding bed, enough to sleep on.
The water is very strong. The towels are small, very thin and do not absorb water.
Bathroom ceiling leaking There was water dripping from the room above.
The room is not soundproof. Heard the villagers next to the hotel talking very loudly.
