"Very comfortable resort, not big, but very exquisite, the room is very clean, the ground is spotless, it is very comfortable to walk barefoot on the ground, and it is quiet to sleep at night. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the historical park, and it is very convenient to ride a bicycle. Everyone is very friendly."
"I was quite satisfied. The location was good and very convenient. You can also rent a bicycle for free. To put it bluntly, the pool wasn't very clean. I didn't see many people in it."
"I was satisfied with the price, it was clean, and overall it was good.
The room wasn't very cute, and it was dark with a brownish feel. It was fine for one night, but it might be a bit difficult (it would make you feel gloomy) if you stayed multiple nights.
The entrance door was the only door (and window), so if you opened the curtains you would make eye contact with the person in the bungalow in front of you
You usually have to wear thick blackout curtains, and when you close them the room is pitch black... You can't get that tropical feeling.
However, because it was a bungalow type, I wasn't bothered by the voices and noise around me, and I was able to spend my time quietly.
I was able to borrow a bicycle and explore the town.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing with the limited variety."

"The environment is very good, pay attention to the location in the new city, not the old city, and 12 kilometers from Sukhothai Historical Park, but because of the environment, especially the service is very good, and there are free cars to send you to the bus station or bus station, so this point Distance is not a problem anymore. The front desk service is really professional and good. The swimming pool is very clean, there are basically no Chinese, all foreigners.
Our house is relatively simple, I don’t know if the expensive ones are different, but the facilities are complete.
Bar’s restaurant is more expensive than outside, but the environment is good, we go for a drink every night. It tastes good when cooked. If you don’t want to eat in the store, there are also night market roadside stalls and fruits within a short walk, which is not bad. In short, if you don't want to live in the old city, or stay in Sukhothai for more than 2 days, this is a good choice."
"The accommodation is very cute. Forgot to take a photo of the front. The atmosphere is good. There's a fitness center, swimming pool, and onsen. Very suitable for relaxing. Stay in the hotel, no need to go anywhere. The atmosphere is good and quiet even though you are in the city. But on the day we went there were a lot of insects. Probably because there are a lot of trees 😂😂 Got bitten by mosquitoes all over my arm. And there were a lot of moths. Overall good, worth the price of 1000 baht including breakfast. The food is very delicious. It's a normal side dish, like rice porridge and bread."
"The price is very comfortable. The towels are beautiful and the air conditioning is good. However, the washing surface is only water, which is inconvenient for shaving. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious."
"The location of hotel is good as it's quite close to the historical park. Apart from the pool, there are no other amenities. Breakfasts are well provided although the hotel rooms n furniture are rather old n worn out."
"This standard hotel offers a decent value for a private room and private parking, especially if you're traveling by car or motorcycle. However, be prepared for a bit of a workout if you're assigned a room on the third floor, as there's no elevator. The location can feel a bit isolated, particularly if you don't have your own transportation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly and helpful staff make the stay more pleasant. If you're just passing through and need a budget-friendly place to stay with parking, this hotel is a solid choice."
"Very leisurely environment, large room, large terrace, suitable for empty tourists.
The sofa in the restaurant is very good, but unfortunately the counter staff does not speak much, I am sorry to sit idle.
Small jungle leaves a lot, maintain natural ecology, there are mosquitoes.
A short distance from the bus terminal, you need to take a tuk tuk or rent a locomotive.
The price is cheaper than the ancient city. If you take a long-distance bus and match the local locomotive, push."
"Location is about 5 minutes walk to the bus stop by 12 line. There is a pool and restaurants are also available.
There was a shower momentum and the water was clean.
There are few guests in the corona, there is always no person at the front desk, and when there is a use, it is in the restaurant (cafe).
The entrance and exit of the hotel is auto lock, and when it comes out, the button is pressed and released, and when it enters, it is released by the card handed over.
Because it was scheduled to go around the ruins by rental bike, there was a rental bike shop next to it, and I booked this hotel in the new town to decide it.
Because the number of tourists decreased due to the influence of corona, the rental bike shop next door was lost. If the ruins sightseeing is the main, it is better to stay in the old town."

SSarahThe hotel was a good choice. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet had many options - warm food, omelets made to order, fruits, salad, pancakes, choices of fruit drinks. The coffee machine seemed a bit weak but what can you expect from a machine...
The location was very good, just a few minutes from the historical park. They gave a good map of the area as well as food recommendations. Very thoughtful.
I didn't get to the pool, just took a look but it looked clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it. There were Thais and foreigners which is always a good sign.
GGuest UserLocation is perfect which just 1000m away from Wat Mahathat วัดมหาธาตุ สุโขทัย. You can rent a bicycle right across the road from hotel. Room is clean, tidy and you’ve the pool to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Wat Chang Lom was just behind the hotel, which makes it so nice for a morning walk before breakfast.
NNSPPThe room is in a loft style, no elevator. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep in. If you want to rest and wake up late, the curtains will not block the light. There are 3 towels per person. The TV has internet connection, a hair dryer, strong water flow, and a bathroom with wet and dry areas. The staff is good and gives good advice. The hotel has a list of nearby restaurants. The location is good in the city.
GGlobetrottingtigerWhat a lovely place! Clean, new, nicely located (about 30 minutes from Sukhothai Historical Park, market and busses to Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worth renting a bike from the hotel and move around. Even you can enter the park by paying extra 10 B for the bike, which is very convenient for seeing everything in an hour or so. Big C and a shopping center are a few km away from the hotel, there there’s only place to exchange money.
AAnonymous UserThe facilities were good and clean, the swimming pool looked great. The staff might not adequate, especially in the year end peak season, so they had to work hard and didn't smile at all. The curtain should be changed to be blackout type, I could not sleep after the sun rose. The breakfast was variety, but some dishes should have review for improvement of tasting.
SSATOWe stayed for 3 nights in a basic room with a fan. It was January, which was pleasant during the day and a little cold at night. The accommodation we stayed in, the price was quite affordable, so the accommodation was really simple.
The bathroom was not very clean and smelled moldy, especially when it got wet.
The internet connection in the room was also quite unstable.
I would recommend paying a little more and staying in the rooms in the adjacent buildings, where I thought the rooms seemed cleaner and more hygienic.
KKat_MandalaEverything was good at this place except for their wi-fi signal which was terrible. I was unable to work in my room. That's the only complaint I have for Blue House.
